it’s close to town . it was quiet. we got a $50 voucher to spend at the little IGA which was nice

there is no numbering on the door so it took a while to find it. the washing machine doesn’t work. the patio was full of leaves. the bed is one of those split beds in the middle and the split was not subtle but very obvious ! don’t you just hate that? there was a car space but the info said no parking. I wasn’t sure if I was allowed to park in the designated space.

Shower curtain needs to be replaced

The property was in a good location. Walking distance to the shops. The onsite restaurant and pool were great. The gentleman working at reception was lovely. We had high hopes for the property before arriving.

Upon arrival we instantly noticed that the room was not cleaned well at all. The smell was disgusting. The bathroom shower curtain was covered in mould and the walls were covered in a thick layer of grim. There was a utilities cupboard within the bathroom, which had large dust balls all over the floor. The property description on the website says 'bedroom'. It is not a bedroom. There is a curtain to seperate the bed from the hallway. There were marks all over the walls in the living room. The overall state of the property was extremely disappointing for the price paid. We will not stay here again.

Location

Kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery etc was very old and limited. A kitchen knife in draw was not clean & sticky !

The apartment size was good for a family of 5 (2 kids under 10 and 1 toddler). The bed size was good. Apartment was clean and location was excellent as balcony opens outside to lake view. There is Woolworths, fuel station and other shops only few minutes away.

The sofa bed was not stable and uncomfortable.

Location, pool, tennis court. Quiet. Room was comfortable.

Revised covid safe buffet breakfast was expensive for what is is. I understand requirements, but paid $15 for a pack of cereal for my child. I called twice to confirm it was available, but never told about the new limited spread.

The views were great. Facilities fine. Location close to town

It was advertised as “one bedroom” apartment however the “one bedroom” was divided by a curtain not a wall, making it a studio. I would not have booked if I knew it was a curtain. There was 3 of us staying. Was a bit annoying having to walk through the curtain that made the “bedroom” to get to the bathroom. The fold out couch was so old it slanted quite severely. Everything in the apartment was just old.
