Location and views
The air-conditioning wasn't working and when called about it the staff lied and said someone was coming out to look or fix it and didn't. However after looking at reviews from a month ago other guests already had complained about this, so the problem was already known and not told to us or a discount offered. It was extremely humid the whole weekend which made it really uncomfortable to stay there. It's a shame because we've been staying there for 5 years and it's the first time we've been treated like this. Fans don't work properly anymore either. TV is still 20yrs old.

The location
Air conditioner was broken and was not fixed nor were additional fans provided or any compensation.
The property managers East Coast Getaways were very rude when we advised of the problem and did not offer any sort of compensation. The maintenance person that we had to contact directly did come and tried his best but it was unable to be fixed. Despite messages and emails East Coast Getaways have offered no apology, support or compensation. The property has fans which once turned on they caused dust to “rain” all over all the beds and floor which we then had to clean.

We love the ocean view from the apartment, the rooms are very clean, and it has everything we need, feel like home. The staff are very helpful too. We left something in the room by accident and they posted it to us.

Location, amazing view over the channel and beach.
Accomodation was very clean.
Kitchen and laundry well provisioned.
Parking, there is a garage but my Mazda 5 could not fit in so I parked on the street which was not an issue in winter but would imagine it would be hard to find parking on the street in summer.
No hair dryer - I worked around it but if I’d known this I would have bought mine from home.
Having to put out the rubbish-surely this is a management job or included in the cleaning fee.

Awesome location in close walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Nicely renovated apartment with almost everything you may need on a holiday. Loved waking up to the amazing water views and sound of waves.
Not having a 2nd set of keys and no hairdryer. I feel a 2nd tv in the apartment would be handy for families with kids on a rainy day.

This was truly an extraordinary experience. When I laid my eyes upon the sparkling Pacific Ocean and tranquil waters of Tuggerah Lake, I realized that no photograph could capture its beauty. I believe I will book it again, especially when swimming in the sea is possible.The accommodation was exceptionally comfortable, with modern kitchen facilities where you can find everything you need.
The only thing was that you need to carry your luggage upstairs, but it was all worth it.

I wanted a 3 night holiday with a huge balcony with an amazing view of the beach and ocean to chill out and relax on, and that’s exactly what I got, for the 3 nights my husband and I think we watched tv for maybe 1/2 an hour, that’s how good the balcony and view were, not to mention the bbq on the balcony, what a great feature, and the the entrance to the beach was directly across the road, literally 30 seconds walk, do yourselves a favour and stay at blue pacific 8 it won’t disappoint!
A big shout out to the staff at east coast getaways who handle the property, they were amazing with loads of info for your stay, I wasn’t very tech savvy and they made my stay so easy with no drama’s or worries, thank you

the property has water leaks throughout it all when we arrived the whole apartment was flooded with water the couches and rug were wet causing the room to smell so bad.

In a great location, stunning inside with a great view of the ocean, really comfortable beds, had two really good bathrooms

couple of the fan/light controllers had flat batteries.
large lounge room window leaked during rain resulting in water on the lounge floor and a wet lounge room rug.

Not clean when we arrived. Bloodstained wall near bed. Dirty pillowcase on the chair. No info on using complicated stovetop, had to google. Coffee machine not working/no instructions. For the price paid we expected better
