Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, off street secure parking, not noisy, large sized room for three people

Balcony facing water. Cleanliness and spacious.

The water pipes made whistling sounds throughout the hotel apartment. I could not sleep until others stopped using them. Tree in the way of view of the water.

The location was ok.

The room was dirty. The TV didn’t have HD channels so was a very poor picture. The carpet was filthy. The air con had broken vents and couldn’t be redirected. The light next to the bed didn’t have a bulb in it. There was a dirty sock in the wardrobe. I can’t see a reason to go back.

The room was well appointed with good views of the water and a great location. Had a nice big balcony. Good parking for free was an asset.

The pool wasn't heated so couldn't use it.

The location was close to restaurants and water front. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

It took around 5 minutes plus for the hot water to reach our shower each morning. Tiled floor areas were cleaned with something slippery. When I tried to use the clothes dryer in the bathroom the fan couldn’t keep up and everything in the bathroom became very wet. Unfortunately the room was very dated and I felt the price at over $300 per night was not proportionate to the quality of the accommodation.

Great location at the Entrance, just a short stroll to the shops, bars and water. The room was quite large for a studio - very long.

It is really disappointing when you cant see the TV from the bed. The bathroom was also quite small

I booked a two bedroom self contained apartment. The beds are so comfortable and rooms and living space spacious, clean and had everything you need for a lovely stay. Very close to restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Great location for fishing and catching prawns at night time. Lots of parking. The cleaner Tim was such a lovely, helpful man and a as accommodating to our needs. He always said hello and was smiling when he see people made you feel welcomed.

I booked this room with the impression it over looked the Esplanade and water, booking.com appears to mislead alot when advertising, it's no fault of the hotel, it happens alot previously but I've never complained. The swimming pool was small and packed with lots of other guests and kids. The water looked green/yellow pee water, I was afraid to use it, so we didn't. They should renovate the pool area and make that space a bigger pool area. My room faced the next door hotel, the oaks pool, I was excited when I seen it but disappointed when I realised it was not the hotels pool 😄 Also the washing Machine and Dryer was so loud like an old broken down machine 🙃 Over all its a great hotel for a quick getaway and your not planning to stay indoors. Thanks for good stay.

the pool area was a little unloved. when you can see the oaks pool area and then you go to this one you can’t help but be a little disappointed. even shade umbrellas would help.

have a large area around the pool which needs updating. the pool is small for such a large resort, the one at the oaks is much nicer

Location good, but we confirmed a pool side apartment but the pool was not at our view and the pool was small. We could hear everything from our room. We did some shopping and cooked our meals most days.

Noisy we could hear the neighbours when the children were screaming paid extra money to have a better view that we could only see the Veranda space. The pool was very small.
