The cleanliness and the friendly staff

Very clean and close to Acadia. Beds were super comfortable.

Breakfast was good with a lot of options. They should have more gluten free options like even one kind of bread or one gf muffin. The hotel is in a convenient location with reliable shuttle service.

The pool was closed for our first two days. One of the front desk people had a rude response when I asked about it.

The location was great. You were close to everything. The shuttle to the downtown picks you up right at the door. Breakfast was really good. Staff was very friendly. Even if the rooms are a bit dated they were very clean.

I found my stay a bit pricey for the amenities that were provided. Air conditioning struggled and never really did succeed in cooling the room. Hotel was dated but very clean. The bed was way too soft and pillows could be replaced..

Island exporter made trips to busy downtown very convenient! Not too many stops along the way!

Room was nice … clean … comfortable. However the toilet was very low … odd complaint but needs to be replaced. Also not sure if the floors are extremely thin or if the couple / family above us were just loud but we heard loud footsteps frequently … including early am and later at night.

Perfect location to everything we wanted to do in Bar Harbor. Was very comfortable and would stay here again. Bed, and linens very comfortable.

Fresh flower arrangements everywhere. So much attention to making us comfortable. Great staff that made us feel like we were part of their family.

outdated furniture, FO staff can benefit from hospitality training. On the phone no additional costs were mentioned for 1 additional person. at check in we were charged for our son, whereby we had to set up the sofa bed ourselves ?

The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was exceptionally clean. Every morning breakfast was ready by 7am and delicious, Coffee and Tea were accessible 24 hours. They had laundry facilities which was wonderful when traveling a long time and distance.

We enjoyed everything and have nothing negative to say.

The property location is great! It’s close to Acadia National park and very close to Bar Harbor. The parking and access to Hotel is very convenient. The breakfast is good. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for us. Friendly staff. Comfortable, well furnished, light airy room, easy parking, washing machines, good breakfast.

One side of bed did not have side table and light. It would have helped.
