clean. modern. superb value. good desk staff. great location. very comfortable bed. excellent shower. two luggage racks! only place I’ve EVER been that had that common sense accommodation. balcony. free cookies and coffee. one block from supermarket, bike shops,gas, five minute walk to downtown restaurants. <$200 for two nights total. We went in off season but most hotels were still $3-400.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect, walking distance to downtown. The staff was also friendly.

The owner gave a personal touch, even had fresh baked cookies and muffins. When we checked in we were pleasantly greeted and were offered multiple bars and bananas since we couldn’t make the breakfast addition. The room was very clean and the location was walking distance to the city center. couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The staff was extremely kind, they bake fresh muffins every morning and fresh cookies every afternoon. They were accommodating, they were sweet, and the whole place was adorable. Everything was so so clean and it was just the perfect place to stay. Loved it

The description for beds are "large double bed" or "extra large double bed". We had concerns if the beds were small at the time of booking. We booked a room with "extra large double bed". It turned out the bed was a king size and very comfortable. The location is very good. 12-16 min walk to most of restaurants and shops on Main St of the village center.

This is the perfect location for easy access to the park and walking distance to the town center. The entire staff was fantastic.

Rooms are a tad small but great balconies - and they are in the process of updating rooms.

Bed was very uncomfortable; it seemed to be constructed from two twin beds well past their useful life. This is a very expensive hotel.

The friendly informative staff. A close walk to town. Parking on the premises. A light morning breakfast with a muffin, fruit and coffee-tea. Very Clean and quiet.

More soap bars would be helpful in the room.

Porch seating was great for relaxing in early morning and evening. Great way to start and end the days.

Cellular and internet connection were very challenging and made it difficult to do quick checks of email as well as activity and restaurant searches.

Access to Acadia Park was nearby and the property was located within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops.

Clean, nice hotel within walking distance to everything in Bar Harbor and a five minute drive to Acadia. Staff was fabulous.
