The location is beautiful and the room we stay in is awesome
Pool needed to be cleaned. Not dirty just the sides need some scrubbing .
Would love it if they had a continental breakfast and a microwave in the room

We really enjoyed the Island View Inn. The property was well maintained, clean and the staff super nice. They even had binoculars in every room so guests can view the cove and all it’s beauty.
The bed was a little too firm for me and there wasn’t any complimentary water in the fridge. In fact there was no water in the fridge. I did find out that you can buy bottles at the front desk for $1 each.

Lovely room had enclosed porch room with riverside view. We found binoculars on the porch and really enjoyed the beautiful view. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

The only thing that we did not like was the breakfast: many hotel facilities that we visited during our "foliage trip" use this simple way to serve you the breakfast: the day before you are asked to fill in a form in wich you can easly choose the food you would like to have, food that is brought to your room at the selected timing. Island View Inn suggest a place where you can have breakfast: we went there. Unfortunately there was a 45 minutes queue so we decided to leave without breakfast. I definately think that in the rate of the room (which is "not popular") must be included brekfast in the room or, at least, a voucher to be spent outside

1. antiquated infrastructure : door keys , no procedures for ready access to desk , housekeeping , etc
2. poor parking design : tight and narrow spaces . Don’t bring your wagoneer or Hummer .

So happy we stayed here for 4 nights, amazing view from the infinity pool and rooms. Beautiful property incredibly well maintained with care in a perfect location between Rockland and Camden!!

So clean and well kept! I have a tendency to notice chipped or cracked paint and other things that need a touch up and this place didn’t have any of those!

The hotel was so clean and tidy! The setting was calm and peaceful! Everything about the hotel is cared for so well. You can truly reflex and feel comfortable.
The refrigerator made a loud clicking noise every 30 minutes, which sometimes woke us up.
