Me, mum, sisters age range 58 to 90 We all absolutely loved our stay The property was so much better than we thought from the pictures The 4 beds in the property were so comfy we all had such great sleeps which is usual for part of our group The location couldnt be more perfect ... just a short stroll in to viking bay but far enough for peace and quiet All the meals out were great tartar frigate & takeaway cod and chips delicious We cannot recommend this property enough We will definitely be returning Thank you for having us

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Very short walk into town with all of its amenities. Stone bay and its beach below the house. Lots of hot water. The TV aerial appeared to be out of the back of the TV so no terrestrial Television but there was Netflix. No obvious folder with instructions on how to work things or what to do when leaving short of put keys back in lockbox. Fortunately I am a seasoned self catering renter so took away the rubbish etc.

We loved it.

Perfect little base for our family to attend a wedding in Viking bay, could easily walk everywhere and apartment was very clean comfortable and well presented. Will recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Bedside table and light in main bedroom would be helpful. Otherwise great location and no stairs !

We had a lovely stay at this property in Broadstairs. Fab views of the ocean and the apartment was light and airy and very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Would def stay there again :)

Lovely apartment close to town centre - great to look out over the sea (through the rain) Would definitely come back.

Dates were not correct on site, was due to arrive Friday, but had to check in on Saturday as property was being used, but had not been updated by owner. The apartment was not clean - cobwebs on walls, old contact lens on cabinet in bedroom, mugs were dirty, windowsills were dirty. There was damp in the main bedroom, with the paint peeling off and residue left on hands when touched. Wet room had dirty tiles around the toilet area. It looked as though the property had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. The communication with the owner was quick, however, she did not see fit to refund any money for the damp or lack of cleanliness. The location of the property is great, literally across the road to the beach.

The accommodation was lovely and the view from the front room was fantastic, a great place to have your morning coffee. We enjoyed a two night coffee stay and found the flat extremely comfortable and in a quiet location but ideally located for the beach and the shops and restaurants in Broadstairs, we will definitely be back.

A beautiful flat in a perfect location. Couldn’t have asked for better. Literally across the road from the beach, short walk to the shops. Easy parking. Everything you could possibly want for a break away from home. Can’t wait to return.

Brilliant stay in Broadstairs and Clare’s apartment was the perfect base. Close enough to walk to the town centre, 10 mins max. but also just out of the main streets so it was wonderfully quiet. Lots of parking on street outside flat. Spacious and super comfortable, would suit couples or a family as there’s a great second bedroom perfect for kids. Communication with Clare was excellent, it really was a home from home.

Needs a little TLC in some respects but we very quickly settled in and were enjoying a homely and spacious apartment with the most amazing views of the sea from the lounge / diner. The weather wasn't kind but it didn't dampen spirits. Every day we walked on the beach at Stone Bay, which is opposite the apartment. Also walked into the centre of Broadstairs and walked the beach at Vikings Bay and did a Treasure Trail to help us learn a little more about the Town. The apartment is situated on the Esplanade a little outside of the centre so is quiet but only a stroll away from the activity of the centre so best of both worlds. Parking is on the road but we had no issues finding parking outside of the apartment. Communication with Clare was great. She was quick to respond and provided all the information needed. Would love to return at a time of year when the weather should be better. Thanks Clare, had a fab weekend.

We have such a lovely week in Broadstairs. The apartment is in a perfect location right by the sea and just a short walk from the town. It was so nice to take a walk by the beach every morning. The accommodation is generously appointed with everything you need. Really spacious and free parking outside. Just what we needed for a relaxing week away. We would certainly recommend it and look forward to return again soon. Thank you Claire for your excellent communication and advice your apartment is just as you described.

Three friends and I reunited after not seeing each other since before Covid. The property owner was very helpful, recommending places to eat etc. When I messaged with a question, she responded promptly. The facilities in the apartment were great and the size of the living space was fantastic. While there is no allocated parking, this was not an issue as there is plenty of parking on the road at the front of the property. It was lovely to look out of the windows to the beach, and to be able to hear the sea when the windows were open. It was a quiet area and still less than 10 minutes walk to the high street. The high street can be accessed by walking along the sea front- beautiful! Lots of bars and wonderful restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. I’m hoping to return for a weekend with my family in the near future.

I stayed at Clare’s flat with my family and my dog. The instructions left by Clare were clear and easy to understand to make the checking in process simple and easy. Beautiful location and my dog loved the walks on the beach. The flat was clean, tidy and had all you needed to enjoy the stay. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you

Very good near beach local to shops very relaxing

The flat was exactly what we wanted: close to the lovely stone bay but also a short walk from the bustle of Broadstairs. If you have small children (we have three), this a great base. We would definitely stay again!

This property is just perfect for a break in broadstairs. Overlooks a lovely beach, that dogs are allowed to go on at certain times. Everything that you'd essentially need was in the apartment. Will definitely be back!

I visited with my sisters and our elderly parents. It was perfect for all of us. Easily accessible as on the ground floor. Although no allocated parking, I easily found a free space on the street very close by, even though it was a busy, sunny Saturday. Apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean & extremely comfortable beds. Broadstairs is a really pleasant town and the beaches are very close and lovely. Plenty of nice restaurants. We will be hopefully be returning. Thank you Clare.
