Great location and perfect for our family of 4. Much roomier than expected and had everything we needed.
Central heating intake was a but noisy.

everything was perfect. cannot find anything wrong. very warm, new, clean and roomy for two family staying.
heater was on, log burner was ready with free wood, ping pong table and other board games were ready for children to entertain after long drive.
Thanks for text message asking anything we need during the stay.

Place was excellent for value. So warm/clean, beds are extremely comfortable and the set up is perfect Great spot for us to go fishing in canals. Easy walk to town centre
