The bed was comfortable.

Poor value for money. Very basic with black mould on the window, peeling toilet seat, paint splat in sink. Dark and dated decor.

Unkomplizierte An-/Abreise, freundlicher Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die Bettwäsche schien sauber gewesen zu sein.

Unser Zimmer war ziemlich die Jahre gekommen & dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Küche und das Sofa waren schmutzig, wir haben beides nicht benutzt. Es war kalt (Heizung war nur ein Lüfter) und ungemütlich.

窗外可以看到庫克山的一小小山頭，其他沒有可以令人想談起的

網路只能在廁所裡和房間窗邊才收得到，但也會斷訊得重新連結，屋內沒有網路。電視每秒都閃斷訊就是不用看的意思。廚房水槽冷熱水分開水龍頭，所以洗碗只能選冰冷的水或是可以燙手的水擇一。餐椅4張，3張都是搖晃的，其中一張還放椅子支架肉眼都能看見已跟卡榫分離！若有老人家或小孩坐了跌倒，真的很難想像。廁所門是拉門，但軌道應該年久失修，極難拉且一拉就發出極大聲音很，夜起上廁所大家都會被吵醒。閣樓上3張床只提供一盞小燈，只有一張床有電毯，其他人就只能忍耐。晚上還遇上住在隔壁一樣台灣來的同胞，說沒有吹風機，來借用我們的（晚上只有2-3度真的無法不吹頭髮）隔天離開，要還key時，上班時間還按了很久的電鈴，才有人開門處理，感受很差！浪費我們行程的時間。總之～來到紐西蘭近20天，也住了不少旅店，第一次遇上這麼隨便維持旅店的店家！真的 很不可取！！價錢也不是便宜，給後面的朋友參考一下我遇上的問題

Position warm and clean

Very good location can access to the restaurants and supermarket within 1 to 5 minutes. The room itself is very cosy and comes equipped with aircon and heater so you are covered in all weather conditions.

Not a big deal but providing some clothes hangers and hari dryer would have made the whole facility more complete.

Great value accommodation, good location to twiZel and neighbouring towns. Facilities are simple but meet all needs. Would recommend again

Wifi strength couldn’t hold in our room. Beds are the softer side of soft.
