We had amazing two days at Sarah Cottage. We got a free room upgrade to one of their best rooms with a beautiful view. We enjoyed every bit of our stay at Sarah’s. Staff was super friendly and polite. Food was really delicious and arranged neatly. Room was super clean and smelled so good. Linen and rugs were fresh and clean. This cottage is located just 5 mins from Gregory lake and close to restaurants around. Being located middle of a tea plantation it had an amazing view. Our two days at Sarah’s felt like a therapy. Highly recommended♥️🤗

This is first time i got truble with booking.com
Very bad customers service ,. No clean , no towels no soap. We get nothing .

Staff was friendly, he let us use the washing machine without extra fee. He also helped us hang the clothes. The breakdown omelet was 10/10. We saw Kate Pierogi there.
We didn't like the carpet rugs in the room in the attic. The takky rugs aren't the cleanest and covers the beautiful wooden flooring.
