Very comfy/cosy/well maintained and a real representation of the pictures online. Host was checking in and giving updates. (Eg) informed me that a new mattress was being arranged for me before staff came to replace it. Had most appliances/equipment available. 5 minute walk to the overground tube, in direct route of buses and a minute away from a big peaceful park. Fruit basket was greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend this place for anyone wishing to stay in a quiet village on the outskirts of London.

Hearing other tenants very easily (when walking above on their floor or outside in the lobby area and also when talking). Met a clogged kitchen sink and shower that I ended up unclogging as I had to shower again before maintenance came to sort out. Broom/mop was probably the only thing that made it different from a home away from home. Only 1 small mirror available (the bathroom cupboard) If possible another can maybe fit in the hallway to the living room.

Super flat, good location for visiting london

Lots of space and comfy room with good kitchen and tableware and a washing machine; mostly quiet neighborhood with nearby park, shopping area, and public transportation.

The location was perfect and the ameneties second to none. I felt very comfortable at the property, a real home from home experience.

I really couldn't find fault with anything.

very clean , all new interiors, great locations- short walk to stores. cafes and Bush Hill tube station , Mark the owner very nice!!! There is nothing not like!

recommend directions on how to turn on heat when we arrive- if not from England one may not know how this works

Property is very spacious, immaculately clean and presented, appreciated having the use of a full kitchen with plenty of appliances etc available. Smooth check in process and host quick to reply to messages. Comfortable, quiet location. Perfect for short business trip.

Parking the outside looked pretty dirty, hallways and stairs were dirty

Property was clean and comfortable. Great location, had everything we needed for the weekend. Mark was a great host, quick to respond to any queries and very friendly.

Only niggle was no mirror other than in the bathroom which isn’t very accessible to dry or straighten hair.

Lovely apartment and clear and responsive host. We were visiting relatives in Enfield and will def stay again.

Lovely stay, deffo worth it was abit on the pricey side for one night but I believe that was due to me booking late and on the day, would definitely stay again, also great communication between host.
