The staff is really friendly and available. The position is great, near the sea, and the breakfast is really good and rich of options. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend some days in relax in Malia.

Breakfast was excellent with sea view and it was served to table. Room was spacious with big balcony. Bed was comfortable, room has also small refrigerator and good air conditioning. Very nice and hospitable staff.

Maybe a bit bigger shower, bathroom is small.

We stayed for one week at Pleasure Beach Hotel in two bedroom apartment on the first floor. The apartment was large and spacious, with sea view terrace, have two bathrooms, fridge in each room and modern and sufficient furniture. The breakfast with plenty of food is at the beach bar which is just across the hotel and have magnificent view to sea. Everything was perfect during our stay there, but the real stars are employees. Olga, Nicolette, Fotini, Yiorgos, Pavlos, Fabio, Anika and Yiannis the owner, thank you for making our vacation the best ever.

We like the fact that the hotel is right next to the beach. The hotel has its own parking area. The room was clean but towel change only after 3 days. The breakfast is good and is done right on the beach but not before 9:00am.

The fact that we had to call for someone to give us the hotel key as it’s not true that the receptionist is there 24 hrs. In the room there is a kettle but it would be nice to have some tea/coffee and some sugar considering that before 9:00am, there is no way you can get a coffee. Sunbeds at the beach are at a price of €10 p/p and We would expect that they will be free for hotel users. The hotel has a pool but obviously it’s completely different from the beach as the pool is facing building and mountains. At night you might here the barking dog of the neighbors which once you get used to it, it wasn’t an issue.

The 2 best things about Pleasure beach hotel are the people working there and the location. It was also a great value for the money. We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the beach club, it was amazing.

The room was big, with a good balcony, a little kitchen with fridge and an extra bunk bed room. The breakfast in the cafe in front was lovely - we were served a variety of things over the 3 days we were there. The pool was good for an end of day cool down, and the couple running the hotel were very nice.

Malia is for the beautiful party people, and we felt quite uncomfortable as a family with smaller children. We didn't use the beach by the hotel, as it was packed and noisy.

Kind and helpful caretakers that kept the hotel clean and nice. Near to the beach and nice pool area, also at a fair distance from the loud night life. Breakfast really nice in the club by the beach. We found ok restaurants with "local touch" within walking distance.

Malia is in fairness more of a party place and wherever you go out you have more or less drunk youngsters driving rented quads.

The breakfast was phenomenal! The best hotel breakfast I've ever had and we travel a lot. The location was also excellent. It was within walking distance of the beach, with tons of restaurants and supermarkets, and places to rent vehicles and book excursions. They were also wonderful with our small children.

My only very small complaint was that I assumed the basic beach chairs would be free for members of the hotel but they were discounted instead. Not a big deal at all, I just wasn't expecting it.

Hotel had a new owner and name, and therefore we could not find much earlier reviews, and we took some risk. But no regrets at all. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on ground floor. Bedrooms were not too big, but sufficient. Beds were really great. Cleaning every 3 days and spotless clean!!!. Bathroom somewhat small and could do a bit of an upgrade. Breakfast was served at the Pleasure beach club, and this was honestly the best breakfast we ever had. Imagine served breakfast with fresh ingredients served with a beach view at a beautiful beach club. Location at the end of Malia strip, but at least at this time of year this part was very quit, and still at walking distance from some nice restaurants. Pool was nice and most days we only ones using the pool

Very friendly welcome from the hotel hosts. Looked after us the whole time we were there and gave us plenty of suggestions.

The hotel is very well located, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms and big balcony with sea view. Pleasure Beach ( a beach bar) also belongs to the hotel. We had our breakfasts there every morning with a stunning view and extremely friendly staff. The breakfast was more than enough, we got every morning coffee, juice, fruits, bakery items, either ham and cheese sandwitch or ham and eggs, sweet pastries, etc. We were full. The Dutch couple, running the hotel is also very nice. This hotel definitely worth the price!

There was nothing we've missed. Maybe a mop / broom in the room was nice, but according to our discussions wirh the staff, it's prohibited by the owner for some reason...

The room had a balcony on the pictures but what we got had a small terrace in the front of the hotel. We asked for a double bed but got 2 small beds. The room was not a pleasant place to spend time and the flickering ceiling light made it even worse. There was no amenities at all, no soap in the bathroom or even a hairdryer. There was no room service. For breakfast you get 2 slices of bread and a pie.

Great hotel, you can see an amazing view of both the sea and the mountains, and you are essentially on the beach with the added bonus of being just out of earshot of the music that starts playing fairly early. We stayed for two nights when our flights were dalyaed so didn't do much reasuch before booking in but found pleasure beach to be brilliant for the price. The included breakfast was a really great suprise as it is in the beach restaurant which is gorgeous and was varied plus lots of it! Pool area is basic but clean and quiet with everything you need and is a complete sun trap . The lovely Dutch couple who run the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, icing on the cake

Don’t stay here. It’s not an hotel. They do not include soap/shampoo nor the air conditioner. Photos are misleading as the location in the map. There are 3 other resorts/hotels in front of this before the beach. It was super uncomfortable that they asked for even more money for the air conditioner. Once I said I thought it was included, the lady said that “they all say that”, so clearly the publication is misleading. The guys next door paid 50% more than me and had the same room but with AC. Tricky.
