Foi a PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA da minha vida. Ao chegar no local, um condomínio residencial, a pessoa - que nos deixou esperando por 20 minutos, exigiu a cobrança de $250 Euros como caução SEM MOSTRAR O APARTAMENTO!!! Concordamos em pagar, tranquilamente mas não sem verificar as condições do local ou ao menos receber um COMPROVANTE do recebimento do valor. Uma mulher grosseira e mal educada em uma atitude inaceitável, descabida e desrespeitosa. Após se recusar, ela virou as costas e FOI EMBORA, nos deixando sem a acomodação contratada e previamente paga.
FICAMOS 4 HORAS PROCURANDO outra hospedagem na região, um micro vilarejo, e NÃO ENCONTRAMOS. Após 4 horas andando, conseguimos uma solução. Após o ocorrido ligamos no BOOKING e não nos deram uma solução. Um absurdo essa mulher fazer isso e a empresa aceitar. Há outras denúncias aqui pelo mesmo motivo: extorsão. Aguardo um contato do Booking.

Nous avons fait 10h de route au lieu des 6h prévues du fait du blocage des autoroutes par les agriculteurs. Nous avons envoyé dès 9h16 le matin des messages pour indiquer les soucis de circulation qui décalaient notre arrivée . Ces messages n'ont pas été pris en compte bien qu'ils apparaissent dans l'historique de conversation sur l'application booking. A17h27 nous avons appelé pour informer de notre retard et que nous espérions arriver avant 19h. La personne, une femme, très désagréable nous a dit "on vous attend" et nous a raccroché au nez. A 18h37 alors que nous étions devant la résidence, nous avons reçu un appel d'un monsieur qui nous a indiqué qu'il avait un autre travail qu'il était parti, nous lui avons indiqué que nous étions devant la résidence. Nous avons insisté, Il nous a demandé une caution EN ESPÈCE! de 250€ et lorsque je lui ai indiqué que dans le contrat et dernier règlement final fait 10 jours avant il était indiqué 150€ sans précision du mode de règlement, il nous a raccroché au nez. Nous étions devant le logement sans solution. Nous avons tenté de le joindre pendant 30 min sans succès (répondeur systématique). Nous avions fait 10h de route, la température extérieur baissait de 4° vers moins de 0°. Après 30 min infructueuses de tentatives pour joindre le concierge, mes relevés téléphoniques prouvent ces 9 appels répétés de 18h42 à 18h54. Nous avons alors contacté Booking sans succès. Du fait de l'urgence de la situation, nous avons trouvé une solution pour être hébergé chez un ami. Nous avons reçu un message mensonger du concierge: "Bonsoir désolé mais il est 18h48 et pas de vos nouvelles je suis rentré merci pour votre compréhension ". Nous étions devant le logement depuis 18h37 et de plus il n'a pas répondu à nos nombreux appels. A 19h18 j'ai reçu un appel de Londres (Booking) qui nous indiquait que le concierge nous attendait...

-Accomodation was nice enough, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of service.
- Location perfect, being only a 5/10 minute walk from the funicular, ski hire and shops.
- Sleeps up to 4 people.
- Has everything you need to cook / eat etc.
- Ski room was secure and on the ground floor for easy dropping off / picking up.
- Balcony area gives a bit of extra space and allows you to air out clothes.
- Very warm room
- On arrival the host was argumentative at the fact that we were wanting to check out for a 6am train. We proposed various alternate solutions, such as checking out the night before, leaving the key etc but the host would not accept this. Instead they charged us €40 for someone to come early and give us back our deposit.
- The host demanded €250 on arrival as deposit before we had even seen the room with no receipt.
- The host said that if we did not speak French, then she would have left us at the apartment without checking us into our room, given that we were wanting to leave early.
Overall, a fairly positive stay, but I would be wary if you need to check out early.

This property is well located for the funicular railway so is good for winter sports. The property is decent value for money as long as you don't wish to vary any aspect of the stay including, and especially, arrival or departure times.
The property was adequately maintained but routine cleaning had not been carried out (e.g. extractor hood). Any request to vary departure times from the time stated at booking was met with a demand for further payment. To be clear I'm talking about a matter of hours not checking out on a different day. Its up to you to decide if this is fair or reasonable

We arrived, made a phone call and the key holder arrived quickly and let us in. She had previously messaged me to remind me that we needed a €150 deposit which was helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and she sorted out secure cycle parking for us. Even better she recommended a restaurant where we got a 15% discount and our deposit back so we could make an early start the next day.
It was a little cramped getting in and out with the bikes but otherwise fine.

It had a fridge
Would not recommend this for anyone to stay. It was a very stressful interaction at exchange of key. It wasn't clear or handy about the money for deposit. This should be mentioned in first message on Booking.com. She was rude and abrupt. Check out being so late was bad and having to pay extra for an early checkout.

Host was super helpful, spoke no English, but brought us pizza and beer after a stressful journey with SNCF on strike.
Was 20min walk from station, but we only stayed for one night, so perfect for us.
Shower water pressure was poor.
