I stayed in a standard room and was happy with the size for the price I paid. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. The location of the hotel is good as you are only a 5 minute walk into Chamonix centre. Both myself and partner agreed the entertainment in the hotel at night is what made the hotel stand out from other hotels we have stayed at. I would definitely stay at this hotel again… loved it !

Very hard to say what I didn’t like….but if I’m being honest the wardrobe in my room could of been bigger😉

Det dårligste med hotellet var den konstante støyen av for høy musikk. Det på tross av at hovedtyngden av gjestene var barnefamilier eller godt voksne.

The soap/shampoo was good

I had pre-paid my room, but they still withdraw 200 euro from my account for a deposit (in case i damage something in my room) This is the first time i ever experienced this, even the receptionost said he never heard of this before. I told the manager to put the money back asap, he did. When i got to my room i was shocked, the was nothing there worth 200 euro, not even all of the items together. The room was VERY dark, old carpet,old dark paint, the bathroom looked like something you would find at an veterinarian(where they wash the dogs) no shower cabinet/glass/walls, no shelves/hooks, i had to put everything on the floor. Alot of noise from other guests because of very bad sound isolation. It was a very sad room and experience, so happy i was only there for one night. I went to the city and came back when i was going to sleep, i will never never come back to this hotel again.

בספא חסר היה לי ג'קוזי . אני הזמנתי ארוחת ערב עם קברט לשעה 19 . הגענו למסעדה ונאמר לנו שהמופע מתחיל בשעה 20 חזרנו השעה 20 המסעדה היתה ריקה מאדם. התברר שאנשים התחילו להגיע לארוחה כולל המופע בדעה 21 וכששאלנו אחראי המסעדה עשה עצמו לא מבין וכל התשובות שקיבלנו לא גילו התייחסות מכבדת

Great view from my bathroom and bed. Amazing breakfast: almost croissant and burrata are delicious, lots of fruits. Swimming pol has nice view and was really empty. ll employees we met were really nice and hospitable Birthday surprise was amazing and pleasant, really nice to receive it from hotel team.

Les chambres avec vue sur la montagne sont tres bien. Je recommande le petit déjeuner qui est délicieux. La déco et l'ambiance de l'hotel sont très agréables pour prendre un verre le soir.

Petit bémol sur la taille des salles de bain des chambres standards qui sont plutot tres petites.

Le concept unique, la déco dingue, l’amabilité du personnel et l’emplacement au centre top! Les spectacles de dance et chant sont magnifiques.

Le spa est vétuste, piscine et douches froides, froid dans le spa car pas de fermeture avec l’extérieur de la piscine, pas de salle de repos après le sauna, hammam. Parking payant pour les clients et cher 25e Chambre peu chauffée

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Proche de tout (commerces, restaurants, bars, gare). Très bon concept avec les soirées animées (spectacle-cabaret). Piscine et spa au top. Le petit déjeuner buffet est fabuleux. Le repas à la petite cuisine est bien. Le personnel très sympa. Un peu d'attente pour la chambre, mais compensée par des bons boissons au bar. Seul bémol dans les chambres économiques il faisait froid. La chambre supérieure pas de problème. Toutefois, l'insonorisation entre les chambres et le couloir n'est pas très bonne. Bon hôtel pour faire la fête, dommage que le bar ferme à 1h00 (un peu tôt).

Amazing stay. The staff were great, very polite, very helpful. The hotel is beautiful, decor exceptional and the entertainment is fun and vibrant.

The only gripe I could find was there was nowhere in the rooms to hang wet clothing / towels.

we got this hotel as a birthday treat for my husbands twin daughters. they had just finished the TMB and were deserving some luxury and the hotel delivered. all the parts of the downstairs were different and quirky , every corner made me stare and admire the way the interior designer had succeeded. staff let us leave a bottle and offered us a water and could not do enough when we called with enquiries. the girls thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and were pleased they had two nights to enjoy the breakfast menu as it was vast and tasty.

I would recommend that some notice should be given re weddings as there was a noisy on and the girls were shattered. they didn’t complain but mentioned it went on until 2.30am. they herd people leave and go to rooms.

The hotel is very well located and we had a view on the Mont Blanc. Breakfast was hearty and started early which was nice since it was hot out and we wanted to get up and out at the start of the day.

Check in and Check out took a lot of time because of the volume of people arriving and leaving at the same time. Seemed a bit chaotic. The room was fine but no frills.

This hotel had a really fun atmosphere and the property and surrounding views were beautiful. The patio/ outdoor bar area is one of the best I've seen, though it was a slow evening with rainy weather so the outdoor bar was not open during our visit. I don't have much to review because we didn't access the pool, spa, or even stay for breakfast. Our room was average with a view of the parking lot, but that's on me for booking budget room as we were only there one night. We did have drinks at the bar, and enjoy coffee and desserts at the dinner show, but we had dinner in town. The staff was attentive and fun, and overall we had a great time. There are plenty of lounging areas to enjoy your cocktails, and the space feels intimate while also being a center of activity.

I didn't love the open shower concept in the bathroom, but it wasn't a problem for us, it just seems like more mess than necessary. Also I was sent a link to pre check-in online, but I was already traveling and it was difficult to access on my phone. I loaded passport documents multiple times and it still didn't work somehow and I was not able to reserve parking through this process either. This may have been my own issue with technology. These issues were very minor and did not impact our overall experience. We had fun and would stay again, in an upgraded room next time.

Hotel and staff were great. We requested a room with a mountain view, and that’s exactly what we got. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was perfect for what we needed. We had some drinks at the hotel bar, which were delicious and the staff working at the bar were extremely friendly. The location of the hotel was great and everything was within walking distance. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the bus station, which might be a bit of a challenge if you have a lot of bags. Would definitely stay here again.

The day we arrived was the last day the pool and hot tub were open before renovations so we weren’t able to enjoy the facilities, which was part of the reason we booked the hotel in the first place. A bit disappointing, but we were able to enjoy the rest of the hotel facilities.

Loved the location and all the staff were very friendly.

The shower was not great. It is not possible to keep the rest of the room dry when showering because there is no divide between the shower and the rest of the room.

Booked online, drove to the hotel which was 2 hrs away, arrived and the room wasn't ready. Had to go for a walk for over an hour waiting for a call to say the room was ready which we never received. Managed to get into our room at 7pm. Was told we could get a complimentary late check out at 3pm, also found out that they also do a 12pm checkout as well. We had the cleaner come twice to see when we would be out at 10.38am & 10.54am, then security came to kick us out at 11.50am. (normal check out is at 11am). I have never stayed anywhere in the world that someone has just entered a room at 10.54am without a knock or saying hello. We were told we didn't have a late checkout after all. The level of communication within the staff rotation needs to be better Rooms are tight on space and bathroom/toilet small. Go for a bigger room but the hotel is not worth the money Would not stay again
