Good location

The Pool area inside went there all my life and always loved it and this time we stay there and Saturday night the older Kids going down slide was going down and not giving the little kids time to get out of the way and they hit one and then jumping off the rock wall inside and went told office attendant about it and he just set there and said uhh ok !!!!

Had some bugs upon arrival but they immediately came and sprayed, location was perfect, not crowded and staff was amazing

I liked the quiet setting of the facility. The pools were great for a family with kids.

I was very disappointed that the hot tub (jacuzzi) was going from the pool area. As a parent that has multiple kids and was looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi while my kids play. I was disappointed.

There were 2 pools with slides that my son enjoyed. The room was no frills. Nothing on walls and beds were basic. It was a great place for a quick trip.

It was loud at 3 am still. TV remote didn’t work. No breakfast, pool not warmed and despite the chlorine used, still didn’t look clean. I feel I paid a little too much for the room considering the quality of the room.

It was clean,one bed was really uncomfortable,good bathroom,water pressure was spotty,needed a table and chairs in room for sitting,elevator filthy,tile around pool had dirty grout,pool was nice,some of the young adults were running down the slide,pool was clean,plenty of parking,It was somewhat overpriced but overall it was pretty good and I will stay there again.

A little more attention to common areas,a table with chairs in room,attention to water pressure.

It was dirtiest missing furniture electricity went out in our room indoor pool had no heat grounds around property was dirty the room was unclean so unhappy

Worst stay at a hotel I've ever had and the cost was almost $400 for two nights for the disgusting stay.

The room was nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Hotel is a little outdated and could use some touch ups and repairs. The indoor pool said heated but it was ice cold.

The room wasn’t very clean. Our neighbor was smoking in their room and when telling staff, they had nothing to say about it and did nothing about it. Our entire room smelled like cigarettes and pot. We had our 5 year old and 1 year old with us. We weren’t expecting much but not even a switch of rooms. There were roaches in the room.

The location was convenient.

The room where the indoor pool was located was cold. There were questions and answers regarding a hot tub, the answers said it was by the indoor pool. The hot tub that has been located by the indoor pool has been filled in, but there was no mention of that. There were only about 10 chairs total in the pool area and no place else to put your stuff. There was no place to sit in the rooms. No table, chairs, a suitcase stool, or even a dresser to put your stuff in. You had to sit everything on the floor! Not clean at all. We had two rooms and one of the AC units was moldy. my grandkids had an asthma attack due to the mold in the room. I reported it to the front desk, and nothing was done. they didn’t even offer to change rooms. There was not enough parking for the amount of rooms. They don’t have parking tags so anyone could park in their parking lot. They do keep a record of your license plate number and your description of your vehicle, but they don’t use it to make sure that people are not parked there that aren’t staying there.

There was a mild smell in the room i think it was the carpet. Also housekeeping enter room w/o notifying me about clean towels i didn’t like that.

Better lighting in the pool area at the top of the stairs. Also my family members suite had bugs! Both cockroaches and she was bitten when she sat in the recliner of rm#400😱

The location was nice

There was about 2 inches of dust in the bathroom. The room smelled like wet dog. The rooms definitely could have had a more thorough cleaning. The pool room was so foggy it was hard to see. All they needed to do was turn the heat up a little more. The indoor pool was much colder than expected since it is winter and freezing outside.

It hasn't been updated in years. Looked the same as it did over 15 years ago. Can tell repairs are patch work repairs. No care in the building upkeep is noticeable. This was the 2nd time staying there. Will be the last. Definitely not like the pictures shown on website. Bugs in room. If there are 1 or 2 there's sure to be more.

Comfortably and great location.

There were two roaches crawling on the tv stand. The pool closed at 10 and opened at 10 which doesn’t accommodate late travelers wanting to relax or people wanting to swim before check out. I would consider extended hours.

The Balcony door kept getting stuck and to close the bathroom door you had to really push on it or it wouldn't shut.

Building is falling apart. Had to pay for a different hotel and stay somewhere else with no refund for the remainder of the unused stay because we booked through booking.com

Layed down for the night to be woken up bitten by bedbugs. I went to the front desk and was told they would give me my money back if we were out by 7am. Had to spend a lot of extra money at the laundry mat to ensure we don’t carry those things home with us. Along with roaches.

Hostess was nice, only good thing about the place.

Pool was so heavy in chlorine we couldnt use it. Our room smelled very musty. Spa tub didn't work.

The best part of the lodge was the coffee maker in the lobby.

The shower head was low, so if your taller than 5'8" it makes it hard to take a decent shower. Whe I tried to adjust the shower had it and the faucet in the shower moved like they weren't bolted in the wall, anytime someone above us would flush they're toilet our toliet would flush causing us to wakeup throughout the night,

The only positive thing was the location and the girl at the front was extremely nice

Everything in our room was damp after only being there for about an hour. The ceiling was falling onto the beds from moisture. There was no phone cord on our phone so that we could ask the front desk any questions. Room service never came our entire visit the place smelled of mildew. There were crumbs all over the floor. The mold in the bathtub was slick. Chunks of paint falling off the wall. Stink bugs were all over the room.
