The Staff was friendly helpful. The facility was clean and breakfast was delicious.
They allowed pets and the dog kept barking that was on the same floor as us.

Their customer service was percect. The breakfast was on spot every morning, continental and hot.
The dog area was not well kept. Customers were not enforced to clean up after their pets.

Well maintained and friendly staff
I drive an EV and when booked I was given the impression charging was onsite but instead it was 3 lights away. Unfortunately the charging station I was directed to was for Tesla only. My family and I had to scour around on low charge to fine somewhere. Please make sure you inform future customers EV charging is not onsite and find out what kind of vehicle the potential customer drives. With this in mind we will not return even though the facility was great in all other areas

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We had a family suite and rooms were large. Beds and pillows were super comfy! It is a great place to stay with doggies.

Clean rooms. Reasonable price for the area.
Remote control for TV didn’t work. Breakfast was average. Scrambled eggs were somewhat dry and biscuits were hard.

O Shane on Reception was very helpful to solve some of our travel difficulties.
The location is good for those without a car, being near to the Bus station for Dollywood and the information centre.
We liked everything.

Rooms were just big enough for the family, we got two queens and a sleeper sofa. Breakfast was great, and a decent pool area even though it’s shared with the neighboring Super 8.
The fitness “center” is extremely small, and it was so hot in the room you couldn’t use it long.

Close to but off the main highway so there was very little noise from the road. Hotel was VERY clean, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good! Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in (in a hotel).

Breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional. Room was clean but bathroom sink and counter was too small for 2 people. If I stay there again I will ask for a bigger room. Ironing board needs to be a normal size, not table top.

location was right on the strip, but tucked back behind a couple fast food places. so it was a little more quiet! facility was nice, room was clean.
could hear everything outside our room! breakfast wasn’t the best, but we have had worse.

I asked the front desk for more towels. They said that housekeeping wasn’t in so they couldn’t supply me with any. My husband and I went to search the hotel for some and found some in a closet

The staff (Jerome) is very professional and knowledgable of the area attractions.
Pet friendly rooms are great. Other rooms had pets and they were very well behaved, just like ours. It was fun to talk to and meet other pet owners.
Rooms are very clean and have the scent of fresh linen.

The toilet paper was awful. The pillows were pretty flat. The bathrooms need exhaust fans. But everything else was great.
