This luxury condo was exactly as described. We were especially looking for 2 master suites. The California King Heavenly Beds were fabulous! The location was perfect for us since we wanted to explore the island. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the beach right by the complex. Just beautiful, with manageable waves for adults. The grounds and pool for the complex appeared to be very well maintained.

Our family had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The villa was beautiful and clean, equipped with everything we needed including beach gear which came in very handy during our outings visiting other beaches in the island. The location is right on the water on a semi private beach and the kids were able to swim.

Stayed at this Condo for a 10 day holiday vacation, couldn't have asked for a nicer Condo that was centrally located for the many attractions of Kauai. The grounds were immaculate, with a beautiful pool and a top notch fitness center. The beach area is beautiful, a great place to unwind and soak up the Hawaiian sun. The Condo owner is very personable and is quick to answer all questions, so I give the whole resort a 5 plus rating!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach condo in kauai and I cannot express enough how much I loved it! From the moment I stepped inside, I was immediately entranced by the clean and modern decor.
Everything I could have wanted or needed was available in the condo, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable and spacious bedrooms. The balcony was my favorite spot to relax in the mornings and watch the sunrise or enjoy a peaceful sunset.
The location was perfect for admiring the natural beauty of Kawaii, with easy access to the beach and various activities just minutes away. Whether I wanted to relax and unwind or experience the excitement and adventure of the Hawaiian Islands, this condo was the perfect home base.
The condo's amenities were top-notch, with a clean and inviting pool area, and the grounds were always immaculate. Greg was extremely friendly and attentive, making my stay worry-free and enjoyable. He made me feel like family.
The beds were so comfortable too! Which is my biggest concern when traveling. ;)

We had a great stay here. The property was beautiful, well cared for, gorgeous pools and proximity to beach was incredible. We literally could walk just outside pool area and we were in the ocean! Greg, our contact, was extremely helpful. Any question that arose, he was quick to answer and give us more info. There was a little bit of issue with A/C but that was more about the island power fluctuations and not the VRBO. We liked being close to the grocery store since we cooked in the room. It was a very convenient location for going north or south. Highly recommend this rental.

Room was as listed. We also enjoyed a welcome basket which was much appreciated. We had a group of Grandparents, parents, and kids in a couple rooms. At the end of the trip, we ad an emergency situation that Greg helped us help the rest of family. Much appreciated. This was the second time we have stayed at Waipouli Resort. The whole resort is very well kept up, and the grandkids love the pool and slides. Our condo unit was very clean and well appointed, with large bottles of everything from shampoos to condiments, spices, a week’s worth of Keurig coffee, and lots of snorkeling equipment and two boogie boards. (Mini bottles of bath supplies were also available). I liked how there were sheets both above and below the bedding and that all the shams and duvets were washed so that the bed was absolutely clean. The unit looked just as it appeared on-line. When I had a question about air conditioning I was able to quickly reach the unit housekeeper, who was so friendly and walked me through the process of making sure the sliding doors were all closed tightly. This is not an ocean view unit but like the rest of the resort, it is just across the street from a full market and several restaurants, which made meals so easy. We so enjoyed the Oasis Restaurant on-site and Lemon Grass a block away. The grandkids favorite, Coconut Cafe, closed the night before we left!!! Our only disappointment.

This apartment was in a great location, so easy to get to any part of the island. It had everything we needed and then some! Greg went out of his way to make sure we had enough non-feather/down pillows for my family members with allergies. Great stay and of course Kaua’i is amazing!

Great property!
We LOVED our experience at Waipouli Beach Resort D303. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Our kids loved the body boards. The adults loved the beach chairs. The linens were top quality. We loved being able to cook some of our own meals. Our kids said to include that they loved having The ability to stream and separate balconies (which I did too! I was able to do yoga on my balcony with out the distraction of others)
Greg & Jennifer were amazing hosts, responding quickly to all communication and providing a surplus of information. It was great to be able to refer to their PDF file for recommendations. So many that we need to go back and visit the ones we missed. The pool and property were luxurious and we felt like we were at one of the top resorts on the island. Definitely would stay again and will recommend to our friends and family.

Excellent location and beautiful accommodations
We truly enjoyed our stay here! We were able to bike or walk pretty much anywhere we needed to go within the downtown area and other attractions were just a short drive away. Family Kauai Vacation
We brought our extended family to Kauai requiring three condos. My daughter's family stayed in this property. My daughter was extremely surprised at how beautiful and well maintained the condo was including little extras, like a welcoming, bottle of wine! When I stopped in the condo I found it as beautiful as she described. Juggling three condos reservations can be a bit daunting, but communication with Greg was a delight. He responded quickly to any questions I may have had, even if I might have asked it previously. The pool and hot tub areas were cleaning, comfortable and well maintained. The only downside of the Waipouli Beach Resort is it's private beach....the beach is like quicksand and the water is not very clear, but there are so many other beaches in the area this is a minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend this property! Thank you Greg for all you do!

This is a superb property in a stunningly beautiful area within a 5-star resort right on the beach at Kapa'a in Kauai, Hawaii.
Location: a very easy drive just five miles up a main highway from Lihue airport. 10 minutes max even in "rush hour." Exceptionally convenient to everything you will need for your stay. There are grocery and other stores less than 100 yards right across the street - (2 minute walk with a cross-walk a with stop light in front) plus restaurants and coffee shops.
The property is smack center on the east side of Kauai which means that you are equal distance to go all the way north or all the way south on the island. Perfect.
Unit D303:
The unit is pristine! Everything you see in the photos is there - only better than the photos. The best example I can use to describe the quality of the interior of the unit is a lot like that of one the suites at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas - everything is first quality. Marble throughout. Beautiful, rich wood work. The doors are all solid wood. The unit is amazingly quiet. We heard no (zero, zip, nada) sounds from any other units - no water running, no doors closing, no voices, even through there were families in other units on the floor). There is every kind of glasses, dishes, plates, bowels, silverware, cookware that 6 to 8 people would need, including cooking and serving pieces (and measuring sets and bowls). These are not some random pieces but matched sets and like new.
The appliances appear to be new.
The linens and towels are fluffy and fresh and new.
The furniture is new and comfortable.
The California king beds are, indeed, heavenly. The linens and blankets are first class. The bathrooms are spacious and spotless.
The Waipolui Beach Resort.
You will not find a nicer, more well-maintain property anywhere. The grounds are beautiful. The pool is gorgeous, with even a nice sand beach for the little ones. There is towel service all day, every day. The adult heated spa pool even has a sand bottom!
There is a concierge on site 7 days a week.
The owner: "Highly Responsive" is an understatement. The owner answers quickly to emails and is extremely helpful. And not just with the unit. Once we made the reservation, the owner emailed us a 7 page, single-spaced pdf file that could have been written by a travel writer letting us know what to do, where to go, the best excursions, restaurants. luaus, shopping and more.

An Amazing Vacation!
This property is absolutely beautiful! It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully furnished, even with a few spices for cooking. Safeway right across the road for all your grocery needs. Plenty of space for two couples! The beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and cooler, at the condo, were such a convenience for when we went to the beach! The condo is in a great location, which made exploring the island even easier! Greg was very accommodating to us! We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable but lacking amenities
The property was beautiful and exactly as described as far as the layout, however it did not provide any basic toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner or extra toilet paper and there were no cleaning supplies for the kitchen that I could find either. For the price, I would expect a simple packet of the bathroom basics like hotels provide. The bedding could also use some updating. The sheets in one room actually had some holes and frayed parts along the seams. A Keurig with a small selection of pods would also be a wonderful addition instead of the basic coffee pot with Folgers of an unknown age in the pantry. But other than those little details this property was perfect. Great location on the island, very helpful managers when I contacted them via text, and an amazing pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This unit faces a parking lot, then the main highway and then a Safeway store. Not really attractive. You can hear the emergency vehicles throughout the night. The complex units that face the ocean would be much nicer and I would recommend those instead

SIX Star Property
As usual with VRBO, booking was easy. But that's when Greg & Jennifer started to shine. They provided the most detailed directions to the unit I have ever seen: where to park, enter, turn right to elevator, door code, gate code, etc. Very helpful because the complex is large. When we entered the unit, we all said "WOW". Better than represented with Granite Counters, great beds, modern furnishings, great bamboo window sliders, AC, washer/dryer, etc. Kitchen was equipped with high end appliances and the best pots, pans, knives, silver, dishes, etc I have ever seen in a VRBO. Not just odd un-matched items but complete fairly new sets. We cooked a complete New Year Day dinner with all the comfort of home. Unit also had very nice folding beach chairs and many other beach equipment. The complex itself is more like a resort hotel than a condo. Huge pool with slide and lazy river, gym, beach/pool towel service, Spa. Also has one of the best beach side bar/restaurants I've seen with gourmet food. Location is right in the middle of the island with a new Safeway right across the street. This was our 3rd VRBO on this trip to Hawaii and by far the best.
