Had a fantastic stay with my little boy and mum. The house is clean, spacious and very well equipped. Angela and Michael have thought of so much to cater for all occupants. The price was also more than reasonable. Will definitely book again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Bays, it was homely clean and comfortable. Great location for shops and various other essentials and plenty of parking.

The Bays is in a quiet, residential area, a short walk from the North Beach. It's a great location for a base to explore the area, an easy walk into Bridlington town centre or Sewerby. The accommodation is a good size, really well equipped and clean, it was warm and cosy on our arrival. There are lots of lovely little touches that you don't often get, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, plenty of tea, coffee and sugar, ample toilet rolls and even a box of chocolates. Beds were made up on arrival with plenty of clean towels. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. An excellent stay.

Excellent place to stay near the North Beach Area of Bridlington We have had a lovely stay at the Bays house. The owners were very helpful and the many extras in the property were refreshing I would recommend thus property for families travelling to Bridlington

Not any dislikes at all All good it is a little noisy at night. But thus is not anyone's fault Seagulls and traffic being near Brid.

Everything was great, a well equipped holiday home,plenty of space for all the family. The beds are comfy, lots of storage in the bedrooms and extra pillows. A short walk to the beach, it’s prefect!

The property was perfect absolutely loved our stay the kids loved the holiday I found Bridlington abit boring not much to do but we didn’t get the best weather so no beach fun for us this year
