The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly during the daily checks.

i got there stayed and came home , apart from that nothing.

it was only on getting there i was informed that a cooked breakfast was not being given , if i had been informed before going i would stayed somewhere else , as the weather was cold the heating only came on low and for a short time so i was uncomfortable .

Spacious room,super comfy bed ,breakfast was excellent and great location. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

The fact the heating wasn't on in our room or the dining room.

Very friendly couple, clean establishment, ask and they will help you if possible. They don't clean rooms on short stays, their notice says, but we came back to find the room clean and sparkling again. Extra tea, coffee, milk, and toilet rolls, left in passageway for people to help themselves if they ran out.

Personal dislike only, it was soft mattress. No cooked breakfast. However, we were warned prior to arrival due to an emergency hospital incident the weekend beforehand that this would be the case. It's just that I like a cooked breakfast ☺️

Comfortable stay, convenient location. Room had everything I needed.

Great breakfast. Only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Plenty of parking, although this was winter which would have helped.

Friendly hosts and room was immaculate. Would highly recommend. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. Only a 5 min stroll to the beachfront.

Well I don’t even know where to start. We booked here without reading the reviews what a mistake this was!! On arrival we knew what a mistake it was just by speaking to the owner (Lisa) she was rude and how she described the guest house was like we was staying in a prison, no hot food in the room, a curfew for 9pm, no showers after 9pm etc.. we shrugged this off and went to our room was small and clean. The next day was a nightmare, we was supposed to stay for two days however this was cut short. We stayed out later than curfew, the next day my partner went down stairs and collected a McDonald’s what had been delivered (we asked for it to be cold because the owner had stated no hot food but cold was okay) strange. Within minutes Lisa was banging on the door we opened it and she was screaming that we wasn’t welcome to stay another night and we had woken all the guests up coming back late and saying we was loud (we wasn’t) demanded we left and gave us 5 minutes to get our things together and get out. 5 minutes passed, we was still packing and the door flung open she was stood there with Pete her husband shouting at us saying she wanted to check the room. This wasn’t only insulting but intimidating too. I started recording on my phone when she barged in, I asked for a refund for the night as they didn’t want us to stay (by this point we couldn’t of thought of anything worst to do than stay) there was nothing wrong with the room but then she picked up a packet of cigarettes and started screaming we had been smoking in the room. (We had not smoked in the room) we explained that we hadn’t and she was shouting we must of been smoking because there’s a cig packet. I stated the obvious that we had cigs because we both smoke. Still refused to give us a refund this is when Pete started shouting at us, Lisa than became more aggressive raising her voice even more and swearing at us. Not once did we raise our voice to be spoken to how we was, I was in total shock.

Good location, clean and comfortable and owners friendly.

A little disappointed with the continental breakfast as expected a bit of cheese and ham with it not just a plain and a chocolate croissant. There was cereal and toast too, so plenty of other things to eat, but just expected a bit of something savoury with it. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Located on quiet road about 100 yards from beautiful clean beach.Rooms were clean and well presented with toilet and shower.Always made to feel welcome and cooked breakfast started the day right.
