Stunning 5 bedroom home great for groups of all kinds

Cette belle maison spacieuse de 3 niveaux avec des vues spectaculaires sur un parcours de golf sera une maison de location que vous reviendrez maintes et maintes fois.
Le niveau supérieur est toute chambre (king) et salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et beaucoup de salle de jeux pour les enfants.
Le niveau principal a un «grand effet de pièce» qui comprend une salle de bain complète, une salle de réunion avec foyer au bois et télévision à écran plat (câble), une salle à manger où les clients peuvent s'asseoir à une grande table pour manger ensemble, plus un grande cuisine pour préparer les repas et converser avec les autres invités. Il y a une chambre 3 saisons juste à côté de la salle à manger pour profiter du bel air frais sans les insectes.
La chambre principale (lit king) est au rez-de-chaussée avec une salle de bain attenante avec une baignoire séparée et une cabine de douche. Il y a une terrasse Roméo et Juliette dans cette chambre qui a également une belle vue sur les environs.
Le niveau inférieur à pied dispose de 3 chambres (2 rois et 1 lit queen) et 2 salles de bains avec double vasque. Une salle de bain a une cabine de douche et l'autre a un combo baignoire-douche. La salle de réunion au niveau inférieur avec foyer au bois, télévision à écran plat, belle table de jeu de plateau et bar / comptoir humide est située au centre et contient un canapé-lit. Le patio extérieur contient le magnifique bain à remous extérieur pour profiter de la vue avec une boisson fraîche et rafraîchissante tout en vous relaxant et en respirant l'air frais.

10 adults stayed at this property for a family weekend wedding. Property worked well for us… large driveway for five vehicles, 3 seasons room was phenomenal, shuffleboard table, space to hang out plus private space as well. Lovely view of golf course. Only downside is when you leave, you have to collect your trash and take it off site to a dump or pay a penalty.

My friend group, called the “Big Chill” because we’ve known each other for 50 years and meet once a year to catch up. We loved the spacious house especially the screened in porch sitting above the golf course with a view of the sunset. Every sunset was special to us.

Only disappointment was the water in the basement. I am not sure what happened. I do believe it was from the air unit.

The property was exactly as listed. A wonderful place for a family or group of friends to spend a weekend in Galena. Spacious living space for your group to spend time over looking a beautiful golf course. The property had all of the necessary amenities.

Stayed with sisters and nieces for a girls weekend. Beautiful kitchen and house. We had a lot of fun and ate too much. Quick trip to shop in Galena, but visiting during a blizzard. Only problem was a cold primary bedroom on the main level. Too many steps to bring Mom, but otherwise gorgeous house!

This house was they perfect place for our girls trip! Has everything you are looking for and more! Fit our group perfectly! We appreciated the extra touches from the hosts that you don’t get with all houses. Highly recommend! We will be back!

We love this house so much. It’s perfect for our large group. Layout of house works wonderfully! Kitchen is large and spacious. Beds are comfortable and rooms accommodating. Highly recommend!

Property was beautiful, with plenty of room. All the amenities we needed. Fast response on the one question we had. If you have lots of people, extra outdoor chairs might be needed. Also, unless you have a tush of steel, pack nice toilet paper. House was stocked with one-ply Scott, described best by one our teens as John Wayne toilet paper!

The upper level is huge and open, perfect for the 4 grandchildren to sleep and play. We had the main level master bedroom with great views of the South golf course’s 5th & 6th holes. 3 bedrooms on lower level worked out great for our 3 children and spouses. Lower level opened to the patio and hot tub.
Screen room off of kitchen has great view of the par-3 17th hole.
Kevin was very attentive to a couple of issues we had at the place and took care of the them quickly.
Everyone enjoyed the Territory Owners Club’s pools, workout area, and gameroom.
Checkout the Goat Trek at Hoof It Galena and the Alpine Slide at Chestnut Mountain Resort. Chestnut has a nice restaurant too with great views of the Mississippi River.

We loved the house and the surroundings, and found it clean and neat at check in. Very spacious providing privacy for all family members. Could use some supplies, such as either napkins or paper towels. None of the coffee makers worked, due to being very slow, due probably to needing cleaning. Hot tub was great. Could use an extra blanket in each bedroom. Overall we loved the space and found it perfect for our needs. Well stocked kitchen.

The home was beautiful and the layout was great for a family gathering with young kids. Plenty of space for the kids to play inside. We loved the fireplace with plenty of wood available for use, the hot tub, and plenty of areas for family gathering. The owners club had a great indoor pool and facilities for kids to use. It should have been more clear that every person needs to bring an entry card to the facility though (we had to drive back to get all of them- they are very strict there). The photos did not do the view from the home’s main living room justice- it was so beautiful especially with all of the freshly fallen snow. The main downside was that property certainly could have been a bit cleaner - there was noticeable thick dust in areas, a blood stain on one of the bed sheets, dirt in corners, kitchen counter had some dried food on it, and living room table also had something dried and dirty on it. I am also used to most rentals having white towels- these were dark grey- so hard to know how well they are cleaned between each use. Overall, though, if cleaning is improved I would highly recommend a stay here!

This house fit our family well. Plenty of space, but great areas to congregate. We especially liked being able to watch golfers on three separate holes. We will be back to this house again!

It was a great experience. We stayed in the property for a golf trip at Eagle ridge and it was a perfect location with a wonderful view of the South Course. I would recommend for anybody looking to stay in the Galena area.

This property was amazing! We loved gathering in the common space and the kitchen. The many bathrooms were a plus as we were all getting ready. I wish we had more time to spend there.

Fantastic house with two minuses for our family
The property was beautiful, with gorgeous views and a big lawn for games. The screened-in porch off the kitchen where we watched amazing sunsets was our favorite spot.

Long weekend
The house was great for larger families staying together. The large dining table was great to fit our large group all together in one spot. The shuffle board table was fun to have for all ages staying at our house (5yrs old to 70yrs old). All season porch was also great to hang out on and not get bit by bugs. Had a great time all around!
