Jumelé deux étages 1700 pi² adossé à une réserve d'espaces verts. Cette magnifique propriété a une vue à 180 degrés sur la montagne et les collines. Foyer au gaz en granit et bain à remous pour 6 personnes. Armoires de cuisine en queue d'aronde en érable. Nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et cuisinière à gaz à insertion personnalisée. Chambre des maîtres (King) avec salle de bain complète, deux autres grandes chambres (Queens).

We had a wonderful stay at Pam's place in Cochrane! The house was beautiful, clean, and the outdoor patio with the hot tub was a great addition. We would visit again!

Nice spacious duplex, pretty modern too, upper and lower deck with sectionals on each, hot tub and outdoor fireplace was a nice touch for cool evenings. Nice view and quiet community.
Neighbor's are not happy when you park on the public street so if you have more than 1 vehicle, there will be a problem! There is only 1 parking spot on the driveway as this is a duplex and there is no parking inside the garage although the listing states there is. Garage is locked from renters using it.
The fireplace on the main floor does not work. There is a strong musty smell upon walking up to the 2nd floor. It comes from the washer. The door of the washer needs to be left open 24/7. Owner is aware to use Tide Washing Machine Cleaner repeatedly and to leave the door of the washer open 24/7.
There is no cable on the tv’s. We love watching our daily news but could not. There is a smart tv with an assortment of shows from Vancouver.
The shower head in the master ensuite lacked in water pressure. This was noted on a previous review. Shower head needs to be replaced.
Owner Pamal was very responsive to messages and answered quickly. That was very much appreciated.
The home was very clean on the whole. Baseboards in the bathrooms need cleaning as well as hand marks on the walls and scuff marks on the walls need tending too. Also the stainless steel sink in the kitchen should be bleached to remove the black coffee stains around the sink drain. Otherwise it was perfect.

Very clean and spacious for 4 people. They have everything needed to be more than comfortable. The sheets on the bed were so soft, even with AC there were fans stored in each bedroom closet that you could plug in as the upstairs stayed quite a bit warmer with 30+ temps. You can tell they take great pride in this property, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

What a great location for our boys golf trip!!!! Very easy to get to hiway if golfing in Canmore the house was perfect. Would for sure stay again as Cochrane is a great town!

This was the perfect place for us while we stayed in Cochran. There was a lot of space to spread out and it already had a lot of amenities for us to use. We took advantage of the hot tub, outdoor fireplace and the bbq. We were able to make dinner and relax with family as if it was our own home. Would definitely stay there again when we visit Cochran again.

Pros: This home was nice and clean and was the size we needed for our family. Well stocked. Glad we could park in driveway since there was no street parking due to so many cars already parked. Good location close to highway.
Cons: Loud very busy neighborhood. Construction also going on behind the house which was loud. Photos are not accurate as I feel that they showed a quieter neighborhood. While the house was well stocked, a lot of the containers of bathroom products were almost empty. There was a loufah in the master bath (I don't want to use someone else's loufah!). The pantry was well stocked as well and while this was great, there were several expired items noted. Wished we would have known that the hot tub was only available until 10pm before booking as we didn't return in time from hiking on 2 of our 3 nights to use it. Lastly, and probably the most important for us, the water pressure in the showers was terrible. For a family with 5 females with thick hair, this was awful. We couldn't get the shampoo/conditioner out of our hair well at all.

Perfect a family of five. We had everything we needed. The place had the right space for my three boys to sleep and their own chilled time. The hot tub was perfect for our long days hiking the Alberta mountains. The only thing to be aware of is the subdivision is booming so lots of construction noise. For us we only heard when we were not hiking. Pam was very responsive in communication which helped to get us going in the beginning of our stay. The views from the place for us were amazing but then again we come from the flatlands. Thank you Pam for making our trip easy to feel like home.

I would like to thank Pamal for allowing my family and I to stay at her home. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was superb as we were close to town and very close to Highway 1. I recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a stay in Cochrane, Alberta.

Pam was a superb, very responsive host. There were issues with the hot tub before we had arrived and Pam had already made sure a rental hot tub was provided before we showed up while the original was repaired.

Exactly as advertised
We were in Calgary for a graduation celebration and needed 3 bedrooms for family. So nice to have a proper living space rather than a hotel room. Pam was awesome to deal with and would totally recommend.

Beautiful outdoor space in a quiet neighborhood
My husband and adult daughter and I loved the spacious two story home. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and made our stay special with comfortable seating and a hot tub. It was perfect for relaxing in the morning and evening in between cycling in the mountains. The house was a nice family neighborhood and very quiet at night. Pamal was a great host and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great stay.

Great property to Stay
Spent Christmas with my family at this property and it was exactly what we had expected when we reserved the property. The house has a good open concept with the living room and kitchen which made it easy to cook our Christmas dinner and still entertain the kids. When we weren't cooking we definitely made good use of the outdoor hottub that had a great view overlooking Cochrane. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cook wear, we had no problem preparing any of our meals. We want to thank Pamal for being a great host and going the extra mile by putting out some Christmas decor prior to our arrival. We recommend this property to stay at if you are staying in the Cochrane.

Beautiful place to stay
My friends and I go on a girls trip every year. We decided to stay in Cochrane so we had options on what to do. This is a beautiful house and worked well for the 4 of us. We loved having a hot tub! The kitchen table was great for playing games on. It was just perfect for our get away.

Wonderfully warm and comfortable home close to Banff
I can not say enough about what an exceptional home and an excellent host Chris is! He certainly goes above and beyond in assuring that your stay is a 5 star experience. The house is so well appointed that my family of 7, including our brand-new grandbaby, had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday week! His gourmet kitchen was perfect for preparing Turkey/ham and all of the trimmings and a large enough table to feast around. We enjoyed the fireplace and comfy couches immensely and the kids had an easy commute to Banff for some memorable skiing! I only wish we had picked a little warmer week, (below freezing temps!)because of the wonderful amenities Chris provides out-of-doors, ie hot tub, decks, barb-b-q, etc., we were not able to enjoy.
Having said this, if you are intending to book this home, (and I recommend it 100 percent!), beware of VRBO, they changed the price (after we paid the deposit) three times, ultimately trying to charge us double the original price.
Chris, was extremely understanding and intervened on our behalf to VRBO, making sure they corrected the mistake. I know Chris is also listed on Airbnb, fyi.
Again, we had an amazing home-away-from-home experience at this extremely clean, comfortable and very updated home, can't wait to come back!

Vacation Stay for Visiting Banff National Park
We stayed here as an alternative to staying in Banff. The drive to Banff was a little over an hour and is a beautiful drive. The house is clean and modern. We enjoyed making our meals on the gas range and oven. My kids enjoyed the hot tub while we relaxed on the patio. Chris was helpful and easy to reach to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.

My husband and I enjoyed eating breakfast and enjoying our evenings outside enjoying the beautiful landscape. We didn't have to worry about our 4 year old with any "knick knacks" like we have had to in other rentals. We had a lot if fun!
We liked the location the rental was in as it is near to town and has great running trails. Also not far away from Banff if you want to plan a day trip there. There is a very nice park in the housing community we were in as well if you just want to stay around the neighborhood for a day.
Chris was very helpful to us and was quick to respond if we had any questions, and always made us feel at home. We will totally stay here again if we are ever back in town!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It was very clean, and we had lots of room for our family to eat together, play cards, and go in the hot tub. The owner is a pleasure to deal with, and we look forward to booking this house again in the future.
