We were there to unwindr snd relax. Found the room recently renovated in good taste, quiet and welcoming. The frint desk staff were helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed the park nearby, and the quiet area at night. Was a relaxing stay, and affordable.

We have stayed here several times and always find it clean and comfortable with room to move around. It's not luxurious but it is very pleasant. We love the little kitchenette and usually eat in the room. This is a motel so you drive right up to the door and conveniently carry your items right in.

This is an older property but it has been upgraded. A little bit bigger because it’s older. Pleasant staff. The only thing missing is a place to have breakfast. You have to drive to a restaurant.

Bow River Inn has easy check in and access to room space for mobility challenged guests. However the walls are thin and noise from other guests can be disturbing.

Like the quit

The property is clean, quite and the beds are comfortable.

Motel with rooms that have been updated and are quiet and well appointed. Was able to walk the multiple food options, as well as riverside trail that was quite pleasant Would stay again if in area.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel room was immaculately clean and had all the items you needed for your stay.

The receptionists were friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was clean, AC was appreciated. However, this establishment is a motel rather than an inn. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms.

Older property but adequate for our needs

Like the single level, no stairs. Didn't like the entry door, not sealed properly and on a smokey night from wildfires you can smell it in the room which was tough for my wife who has breathing issues. We used green tape to tape up the door.

Great location close to hiking trails near Bow river. Nice looking large room. Took me half hour to get TV working.

Dont be disuaded by the older exterior. The rooms are spacious and recently remodeled. The beds as well as the bedding were super comfortable It was a breeze to park in front of our door and unload and reload. Sort of the old time motel vibe. After 30 days of traveling, this was the perfect ending. The front desk people were very nice and had a list of nearby restaurants. The town has a young hip feel. Definitely worth the stay.

Very basic , aging motel style facility. Cleaning product had been left in the room from the cleaning earlier in the day.

I don't think I've had a better experience staying away from home. Booked two rooms for two nights due to a surgery close by. Before we checked in our rooms were upgraded, we were given a wheelchair accessible suite which was such a convenience for the limited mobility I had. I ended up needing medical supplies from a surgical site opening and they were quick to help with what we needed to get that under control as well as bringing us extra pillows to prop me up in bed. Anytime we asked for help it was met with kindness, compassion and a quick resolution. Never had a stay with more helpful staff, couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Despite the smoke and extreme heat, it was the most comfortable stay my family could have had. Will be back in the future and will absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Cochrane area. Thank you for the great experience!

Room was very clean. Fresh towels were provided on our second day without having to ask for them. The property appears to be in the process of updating the rooms. The bathroom fixtures were new as well as the counter. The floor in the room was new as well. The kitchenette was a pleasant surprise though we did not use it. The night shift employee also attempted to reach us prior to our check in. We were running later than expected since we were enjoying our time in Banff and were in an area with no cell service. As soon as we were back in range we called. He thanked us as there had been a number of requests for rooms that night due to the situation with the wildfire in Jasper. He did not want to turn away guests if we were not going to show up. We would stay at the property if we are ever in the area again.
