Grandma is very kind. Although we checked in late she was nice to handover keys and guide us. She doesn't speak English but sign language is enough to communicate. She serves the best coffee and cake. Don't miss it. She also came to say bye like my grandma till the gate, it was very warm stay. The room is comfortable, neat, has an iron box and washing machine aswell. Easy to acces on Google maps. Car can be parked 100m down the road and can find free parking place along the road. Although it's a small city but has good restaurants close by.

We booked with no expectations as we'd never visited Bosnia before, this sounded like a quirky little find and we'd spotted the waterfalls on the map at the bottom of the road so decided to try it, these were excellent for swimming, 2 different spots. Stolac itself has restaurants and an old town/castle in the hill worth walking up to, we saw a tortoise wandering around up there. Grandma Fatimas is up a small hill, leave cars at the bottom beside the river. She doesn't speak English but google translate works perfectly. She showed us to an apartment upstairs which shared a large outdoor patio area and bathroom with 1 other room. Spacious room, had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Also included wifi and air con which weren't on the list of facilities exceeding our expectations. If you need the kettle it's on the patio with the fridge.

The accommodation does not have any parking space available, parking is approx. 100 meters from the accommodation. The bathroom is shared, not private. Despite ordering breakfast in advance, we did not receive any.

Fatima is very kind lady, she gave us a watermeloon and local pastry. Amazing atmosphere, nice view. I wish I could speak local language to understand Fatima properly.

She doesnt speak any english, but can make her understand. The parking can be difficult because of the narrow street and small drive.
