Very nice staff, nice room ( i got upgraded free of charge) it was a very good size apartment and very comfy bed!

I had noisy neighbours who was loud when entering and exeting their room, other than that nothing :)

Everything was perfect: the apartment was clean and well stocked, the manager was super helpful and the location is great: just a few minutes by foot to the center of the city and lots of places to eat nearby. We stayed only for a night, but this place should be great for longer stays too

very noisy neighbour apartment. Party till midnight, didn´t care that we came after long way with child and wanted to sleep, but this is what the accomodation can hardly influence. Bad luck with neighbours

The hotel is located right in the center of Pozen but nevertheless in a quiet side-street. Due to our late flight we had to check-in after 11 p.m. which was no problem at all. The communication before our arrival was perfect which made the check-in with a door code as comfortable as possible. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helfpull. We got some great recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel!

Great location, lovely staff, High standarts of cleanliness

The blankets are smaller than the bed, which should be the opposite. On room 9 the a/c wasnt broken and also one of the window blindes was missing so a lot of light came into the room at night. All of the above made it very difficult for me to sleep.

Stayed for 1 night Staff was super friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and very clean, great location. And they also have a pizza place😋 Definetly will come back!

Large room, comfortable bed, walkable from station and old town centre. Staff at check-in friendly.

Kitchen had hob, but no oven nor microwave. Fridge noisy. Kettle, but no coffee supplied. Wifi poor at times. Had to tune TV myself. Reception limited hours. Coffee machine at reception complicated to use and often no-one to ask.

The location was very central to the entertainment district of Poznan. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful on checking also.

In the listing, it is stated there is a coffee machine in the apartment. This is not true. There is a coffee machine at the reception you can go use. Also, the plumbing was not so good. There was always a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom.
