The owner is extremely nice and very helpful. She speaks several languages (for us English and Spanish) and is able to not just answer the questions but give tips which you don’t find anywhere else.
Well, the place is not in the city center but the buses work well and it is not too far away either.

The property is perfect, very clean and comfortable. They have everything you need for the most adorable experience.
The gentleman Davide made the breakfast and the most delicious coffee also he is very helpful with you need more information about the city.

Owner was great. Very clean. Newly remodeled. A little difficult to figure out entrance but that’s because I didn’t check in before arriving so be sure to do that then you can open the gate with your phone. My third time in Verona and I’d definitely stay here again.
It’s all tile so I imagine if other guests are loud you would hear them, but it was quiet for me.

The room was clean, we had everything we needed, was close to city( we traveled with car , we finded fast parking place also in front of the building and also in city center) . The breakfast was really good and Davide was really really nice.

The room/bathroom at the Fablas apartment was excellent, they had thought of everything, and it was very clean, Dakar design was beautiful.
I guess we liked everything - this is a rare thing!

Clean, easy to find, and great breakfast! Location was on a quiet street, off the beaten path, with easy access to the city by bus. The host is fabulous! She provided personal recommendations in the city, gave great tips for bus travel and parking, and suggested some great surrounding areas to consider for our road trip. She had several options at the continental breakfast that included juices, fruit, muffins, bread, vegetables and more. Her son also provided great tips and was a pleasure to chat with. The online checkin was seamless and easy instructions were provided to access the B&B.

Initially the James Bond style entrance which for me as a techno foe was difficult however help was on hand.
