Completed Renovated Cape Cod Home, Minutes Walk To Three Beaches And Hyannis Ctr
La maison a été complètement mis à jour au cours des dernières années avec de la peinture récente, de nouveaux appareils (sèche-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, cuisinière et lave-vaisselle). Il est confortable pour 6-7 personnes - Il y a 3 chambres - 2 nouveaux lits doubles et la troisième chambre a un canapé futon qui se transforme en grand lit. Parce que celle-ci est une telle chambre ensoleillée, Il est également conçu comme un autre espace commun pour profiter du coucher de soleil à l'intérieur ou à avoir la vie privée pour la lecture ou même travailler. La maison dispose de 5 places de parking privées et d'une grande cour avec table de pique-nique et mobilier de jardin extérieur pour votre plus grand plaisir. La maison est également accessible aux handicapés.
La maison est littéralement 11 min à pied de la plage et à 5 min à pied du centre de Hyannis où il ya près de 100 boutiques pour tous les âges, des restaurants, des bars, des boîtes de nuit avec de la musique live ainsi que JFK parc et musée. De cette façon vous ne devez pas déplacer votre voiture à chaque heure tout en ville.

The house was clean and an easy walk to main street and an uncrowded beach. The beach and water were a little seaweedy, but we enjoyed it for sunning and wadding.

The house was cute and the bedrooms were big, however there was no place to put clothes for a long stay (no dressers, small closet with barely to no hangers). The manager did not communicate that the washer was no working till 9 PM the night before we were to check in, along with not notifying us of power/lights not working in one bedroom. Limited sitting in living room if more than 3 are staying someone ends up sitting at dinning room table or uncomfortable chair. Difficulty trying to check-in due to wrong code provide and difficulty getting in touch with manager especially after long drive to location.

My husband and I stayed here with our two children (both under 10) for a week-long vacation. I appreciated the fact that the kids could both have their own room, and it was a really comfortable place to come back to relax after a day at the beach. Having access to Netflix and watch a movie at the end of the day gave the kids (and us) some down time at the end of the day. The location is perfect; the house is ~15 minutes walk from Keyes Memorial beach, so we avoided the need for the beach parking pass and just loaded up our wagon in the morning for an easy walk over. It was also easily walkable to Main Street restaurants. The owners were wonderful; we had a couple of questions on the check-in day and they responded and resolved them right away even though I think they themselves were also on vacation. Highly recommend this place to families visiting the area!

To start, we are a family of 6 so we know we are a lot to house. The house is smaller than we were thinking but decided on this house because of the location. It is perfectly located right off Main Street in Hyannis and a simple 5 minute walk. The house is clean and exactly as described. It is missing some amenities that could make for a better stay (no dressers, limited counter space) but again, for the price, you can't beat it. Large fridge and the owner supplies towels, linens and water. Great washer / dryer which we definitely needed. One bathroom was tough for us but its a great shower. Went to Craigsville beach every day which was less than 10 minute drive. Overall, great house for the price! Thank you

Exactly as described, the place was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy and it was so convenient to downtown and the conference center. Would stay again.

We'd never been to Hyannis before and it's got to be one of the greatest towns on the Cape. Definitely walk from the house don't even worry about driving and parking. Great walk to the beach, too!

The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the port of Hyannis. In addition it was super easy to travel around the cape.

Very enjoyable stay
This rental was in a great location in Hyannis. All the amenities were available as advertised, and everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Needs Attention to detail
There were 2 prices given for the security deposit, One on the agreement and another on the website. both which seemed high . I asked out this but was expected to pay the higher price.
The place was fine but lacks bedroom furniture. We need some where to put our luggage.
small details were missing. Only 2 towels, had to ask for more . They were delivered the next day but smelled of mildew . No soap. Soap dispenser didn’t work. None of the wall clocks worked. Very few reading lamps.

Lovely home
We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was plenty of room for 6 of us. There was a nice backyard and it was a convenient location to downtown and to the beach.

Great property with fenced yard
The fenced yard was great for our family! It was great to have 3 bedrooms too. Very clean! We enjoyed being about to walk or ride bikes to town and a beach.

Perfect location!!!
My boyfriend and I love the downtown scene of Hyannis. It was no more than a two minute walk and roughly 10 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be looking to stay here again next summer! The home was very clean and well stocked with all the necessary items needed all around.

Great place for a family getaway
The rental was as advertised, and a wonderful location for getting to the beach and walking to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street. If given the chance, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. It had everything we needed for a family of 4 to be comfortable.

Wonderful Getaway
The house was clean, beautifully decorated and conveniently located. The coffee maker was a bit of a hassle, did not operate well and grounds kept getting into the coffee. The only recommendation I have for the owner is to replace the coffee maker. For renters, I recommend bringing your own towels.

Mid-Cape getaway
Property was generally as advertised. Clean, well-located. Walk to the beach is more like 20 minutes than 10, but flat. We were planning to cook more than we did, but the kitchen was not set up well: if you want to cut something or open a can, bring your own! Beds were comfortable, shower was great.

My family and I had a great time staying at this house . It was very nice and comfortable , helped us feel like home while we were on vacation . I would definitely stay again next year !

Good location
The house was recently updated which was nice and it was close to town. Its about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The previous reviews about the dirty floor and delayed check-in also applied to us. There was also a fair amount of dust in less obvious places (all the baseboards, ceiling fans, etc). The house also had ants in the kitchen. When I told the owner about them they said to keep food off the counter and keep the windows shut (which we were doing). They also suggested we use the Raid to kill them, which was on the counter. I would suggest the owner’s get pest control to address the issue instead of telling your guests to deal with your house’s ant problem. Aside from dealing with the ants and having to mop the floor ourselves when we got there, we enjoyed the house.

Great location at Cape
Overall we did enjoyed our stay in this rental home. The house was exactly what we had seen in the pictures, well maintained and mostly clean. We were little disappointed with the yard though, it didn't have that big tree posted in the pictures which would have provided nice shady space for my kid to play. The owners nicely gave us plenty of cleaning supplies to further disinfect the space, which we really appreciated. The house was clean in general but we did see kitchen cabinets and refrigerator were not as clean as we have hoped for, we ended up wiping them down and only some of the space. We could definitely come back here again despite minor things which hopefully owners can improve.
