good location and clean rooms stayed here multiple times while visiting family nearby great place

the gentleman at the front desk at 11pm/night staff was not polite, I asked him if rooms were available and his said “I DONT KNOW I JUST GOT HERE” then I proceeded to show him online had 5 rooms available and he said reserve them online it’s easier for him. I was tired and not going to get upset but that’s was ridiculous to speak to a customer and I reserved 2 rooms for 1/2/2023 so I spent good money

Not happy with the breakfast but the staff and the room itself made up for any negative comments. The lady working when we arrived was absolutely great.

there was dust all over the room pretty disappointed considering the price bed was not comfortable at all I ended up sleeping on the couch

The staff was amazing. I loved the hot chocolate bar - What s thoughtful holiday touch. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen facilities, although we didn’t use them, were very well set up.

The room needs a place outside the bathroom where you could do make up.

Basically brand new and very clean. They have everything you need for an extended stay or a comfortable few days. Shower is massive! First hotel stay with our medically complex infant and it was almost as comfortable as home.

Great. Except the cut off time was a little short

VERY comfortable room overall. Loved the stay. WILL BE BACK! THANK YOU for the extra outlets, and full length mirror.
