Staff was extremely nice. The rooms were clean and the bed was amazing. I, unfortunately had to leave for a family emergency before breakfast. But the staff were very considerate. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was nothing that I didn't like with the exception of not getting to stay as long as I had planned.

Nothing to do with the hotel. When we arrived there was no hotel reservation. Booking.com somehow screwed up. I had a reservation confirmation number from Booking.com but no reservation for us. Caused great stress.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Close to places to eat. You will need it.

Breakfast was cut off at 8:30 a.m. which was too early in our opinion for leisure travelers. Evening services provided snacks till 6 p.m. When we showed up at 5:45 p.m., we were offered "lettuce" Yes, that is correct, lettuce, not even a salad. We went out to eat naturally. Our suite had a separate bathroom by the bedroom but there was no privacy door to the bathroom. There was no vanity in the bathroom but they had two small moveable cabinets in the bathroom that looked like they were picked up at a garage sale.

I requested a pet policy prior to my stay and never received one. I then had to sign a pet policy upon arrival and pay extra for cleaning that was not disclosed upfront. I expected a fee and to sign a policy but it would be much appreciated if it were disclosed ahead of time. Disappointed that the fire pit outside couldn’t be turned on after 8pm and that the swimming pool was inside and very small. One of the worst breakfasts that we’ve had at a hotel.
