Very good location. The room was big in size. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Tuesday-Thursday free dinners are a really nice addition.

The cleanliness can be improved. Upon arrival there wasn't any shower gel in the bathroom. Second day I've requested at the reception the refill. Unfortunately the refill was done on the 3rd day of the stay. The room I stayed in (103) was noisy, it was a constant buzzing sound, I believe because of the pool equipment. I didn't like that at the breakfast the slices of bread are packaged individually in plastic bags. This is massive / pointless waste which can be very easily removed.

Hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast and happy hour options were amazing. Lots of amenities for guests.

Not enough chairs for the pool area and to lay out in the sun. No where to get the towels easy. other than that everything was great.

small complaint - but weird setup w the lights - you have to turn on a switch by main door (and leave those lights on, in order to have lights in the bathroom?? try messing around with that in the middle of the night when you get up from bed to use the RR. Not cool. otherwise excellent place.

Clean, quiet, dog friendly, close to highway, close to restaurants & stores.

I’ve stayed here many times. We bring two well traveled dogs. In the past two years they’ve gone from free to USD 20 for both dogs to a deposit and USD 20 for each dog. They are also redoing the back yard area to reduce the grassy area for pets. It’s still our best option. Is it really $40 more to clean a room with dogs vs. teenagers or a baby? The area around the hotel is modern with several restaurant options and a Walmart and Liverpool across the street.

Hot water takes a very long time and one time not at all. Recently we seem to get trainees as the only front desk employees.

Ease of check in and the ability to bring our pets (2 older dogs). The hotel has a small sport court and garden. And the area around the hotel has many different restaurants and shops well within walking distance..

Previously there was bottled water available in the room at no cost. No this time.
