Great location close to walkway to the beach, food and shopping. It’s on a main drag and most people walk so it can be loud. The property needs a deep cleaning and some TLC.

Plenty of room for an adult party of 6! The unit has a large patio for hanging out with ocean view.. some construction going on in the road right now but no big deal! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

The location was perfect. The condo could use a deep cleaning and a makeover. It was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again. Also a 10:00 checkout is to early.

The condo and views were exactly as pictured! Check in/out process was a breeze and we were within walking distance to shoppes & food. We will be back!

Enjoyed a long weekend here while participating in the Savannah half marathon and 5k. The weather could have been better, but we still enjoyed our time in this lovely condo looking right out on the ocean! Walking distance to restaurants, shops and nightlife made it even better. Would absolutely stay here again!

One bedroom the blinds were messed up and the pillow cases had stains, the one with the twin beds the ceiling fan didn’t work so the room stayed hot. found a massive hairball by the couch in the living room. People upstairs extremely loud the entire time. Cable company had multiple outages while we were there so we didn’t have wifi or cable for extended periods twice during our stay (not the hosts fault but is frustrating). The master bedroom has a sheer curtain, so if you want to get intimate make sure you have no friends/family on the deck. Sliding door to deck also extremely loud. Overall, needs some updates to make the cost on par with other places in this price range. Rating it 4 stars due to it being so close to the beach and overall satisfying our needs - just missing a few things that would take it to a five star stay. For example, some starter coffee, cleaner sheets/pillowcases, updated bathrooms, overhead lights/ceiling fans working properly, etc.

The view is incredible. Location is great easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Could use some updating.

This property has fantastic ocean views, huge beachfront facing balcony and is right in the heart of the downtown Tybee beach scene. About 3 blocks from the main Tybee beach restaurant/bar scene you're close enough to walk but far enough to not be bothered either. Directly across the beach parking and a very short walk to 18th street beach access or the pier. Two easy parking spots are behind the unit. Great spot, comfortable and well equipped.

The location and views are amazing. 3 blocks from all the little island shops and restaurants. Perfect view of the ocean and beach 🏖 from the second floor!!! I recommend to eat at Huc A Poos and Spanky’s. Funny names with great food.

Perfect location and great view made for a wonderful vacation. Property is somewhat dated and needs some maintenance and updating.

The views are amazing from inside the condo and the spacious deck. The kitchen is well equipped although there are so many places to eat you may not want to cook. The condo is very comfortable and well appointed.

Beautiful large condo on the beach. Bright and open floor plan with room to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the puzzles. Loved the hammock and the large covered deck with rocking chairs looking directly at the beach.

The pictures don't do this property justice. You wake in the morning to a beautiful wrap around view of the Atlantic. The house was well stocked, but no shampoo. We would come back again!

Enjoyed the condo, the area, and the town. Great get together was had by all. Jacqueline was very nice and very accommodating. Super view of the pier, ship channel, and ocean. Sent alot of time on that big porch!

Location and views are very nice and as advertised. Condo needs some updating and deferred maintenance addressed but still good for a family. Property management is very good and responded promptly when the AC stopped working.

Peaceful with exception of 9 year old boy above us for 2 days but didn't spoil view or many food options.

Three complaints on an otherwise perfect weekend in a lovely unit in a great location. The back bedroom sheets were awful, the wall paper in bathrooms needs replacing, and homeowner’s personal photos in a rental property were off putting.

We enjoyed our stay at Tybee Island. The condo we stay in at Porpoise Point was great. We lived the porch. Would recommend to all my friends

The Condo was very nicely appointed. The view was outstanding and to wake up to a view of the sunrise was wonderful. Glad there was an elevator. The beach wasn't crowded, Loved that! You were only 6 blocks from Tybrisa St. Hope to go back again.

We walked to the beach, to the shops, to breakfast. Watched the cargo ships and the kites. It was a great vacation.

We had a great weekend with an amazing view from the condo! Very nice place. Would stay again!
