Cette maison de 1752 mètres carrés a une cour clôturée privée avec 2 arbres fruitiers matures (citronnier et pamplemousse) et maintenant un oranger, un foyer et un patio couvert idéal pour les grillades.
La maison a 2bds / 2baths, avec lit King size en master et Queen size dans la 2ème chambre. La chambre principale a un dressing, une sortie privée sur le patio, la salle de bain principale a une douche à l'italienne et profitez de regarder la télévision 55 pouces dans le confort de votre lit.
La 2ème chambre spacieuse a un grand placard et la 2ème salle de bain est juste à côté.
Le salon a un canapé-lit queen size pour les personnes supplémentaires, une télévision de 65 'équipée de Netflix, Hulu et HBO, ainsi qu'un câble cox et la maison est équipée d'un WIFI panoramique.
House est également équipée d'Amazon Alexa, vous pouvez lui demander des recettes, régler des minuteries, payer de la musique et bien plus encore!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The home is beautiful, recently updated, and beautifully decorated. It is also clean as can be! We enjoyed the fruit tree in the backyard and the hummingbirds. Also loved to sit by the fire table in the evenings!
Tricia was very helpful and great to rent from! I would not hesitate to stay there again! We highly recommend this home!

Out of all the VRBO rentals I have stayed at, this one was by far the best! From the moment I walked into the home, I felt welcome, and valued as a guest. The house smelled wonderful, Alexa was playing music… Then, I noticed all the extras the host left for me, such as a bottle of wine, chocolates, soaps, a great variety of spices… basically everything I needed! The grapefruit tree in the oasis of a backyard was an extra treat; the smell of citrus, the countless birds and butterflies that visited during the day (many hummingbirds!). I had a delicious grapefruit almost every morning with breakfast. The communication with the host was excellent! I 100% recommended this home, had a lovely stay. Thank you Trish!

The house had some improvements since the photos were taken with lovely plantation shutters. The kitchen, bath and laundry were fully supplied so no need to rush out for the basics. Communication with the owner was easy over text and quick responses. The use of the community recreation facilities requires a bit of administrative work, a small cost for ID cards, but well worth it. A great pet friendly rental.

Everything at this house was absolutely impeccable.
They went out of their way to leave lots of extras. I was absolutely pleased with how everything went and hope to stay at this property or another one of the same owners when we return.
We come to Phoenix quite often because we have family here.

Perfect place for my parents and me to stay while visiting family. We were able to relax in the evenings after busy days. We bought and made breakfast every day and sometimes went to the table outside if it wasn’t too hot. (August visit) I would stay here every visit if it is available.

We love this place - the secret must be out!
This was our second stay here and it was just what we needed. We were thrilled to have found this place and also thrilled to see that it was very well furnished and extremely clean. It is close to everything - golf, shopping, hiking. My husband enjoyed golfing at Westbrook Village and I enjoyed going for runs around the neighborhood. The secret must be out on this gem because it has booked up quickly!

Just what we needed. 2020 & 21 was both hard and wonderful, and we just needed to get away to somewhere quiet. This property and it's location was just what we needed. Close to stores and golf courses, access to everything was really easy. Make sure you check all cabinets before you go shopping, you will find petty much what you need. We were tired when we arrived, took a quick glance and headed to the store, only to buy what was already there. Trisha (owner) was great to work with and responded immediately to any questions or request we had.

Our 2 week visit
We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was great. The house is very clean and up to date. Plenty of amenities provided. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. We loved the backyard and the grapefruit tree was full of fresh fruit. I would definitely recommend staying here and would certainly stay here again.
