Waterfront Cottage with Panoramic Lake Views
Mignon et confortable mis à jour deux chambres à coucher bordé chalet avec vue à 180 degrés sur le lac Newfound! Une partie d'une petite association, les commodités comprennent un fond de sable partagé et une plage peu profonde, un quai de jour et un radeau de soleil. Un emplacement parfait à quelques pas de l'épicerie, du snack-bar et de la glace! Un pont spacieux et de grandes portes et fenêtres coulissantes permettent de profiter de cette situation sereine à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur du chalet. Disponible pour vous de louer et profiter de trois saisons hors de l'année. Tout près de la région des lacs a à offrir avec tout le confort de la maison. Veuillez noter que vous ne pouvez pas apporter de bateaux (autres que les kayaks / canots) ou les chiens à cette location. Notez également que la zone du front de mer est partagée par les 6 chalets. Des planches à pagaie sont disponibles à la location à l'épicerie.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is waterfront with a wonderful view. The cottage was very clean and had a large deck. It was great waking up to that view and having coffee on the deck. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked it for next year!

This cottage is even nicer in person than the pics show. Location is a 10, frontage on beautiful Newfound Lake with clear water and very peaceful and quiet. There is a seafood snack shack and a small market right at the entrance to Shacketts Rd and we were 30 minutes for some of the best motorcycllng in NH. Hope to stay again.

My wife picked this cottage out on-line, and it totally exceeded our expectations! Lovely location, (a bit of a challenge to find on a rainy night), comfortable, well-appointed, peaceful....
Alex was a perfect host. Though we had a bit of a miscue on linens/towels, she was super responsive, understanding and helpful. She was even very helpful helping this pair of 70+ year-olds figure out how to run the TV with 3 (count them, 3!) remotes.
Though this is probably our final trip to New England, we would come back here in a heartbeat!

Everything was Great!!,,Stayed here for Laconia Bike Week, parking for bikes was no problem,,Alex our property Manager helped fix a small problem with the tv and was really awesome to work with!!!

Loved everything about this cottage. Was perfect for 4 people- our adult sons shared the 2nd room which had a full and a twin. Right on the edge of Newfound Lake! Heard the loons and watched an eagle soaring over us. We would love to stay in the summer and make use of the gorgeous lake!

I have been staying at the lake for 30 years and didn't know this spot existed. It's tucked in behind a well known spot at the lake. A beautiful waterfront property, cozy cabin. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. you could stay a week and never need to get in your car. Although i would to eat at the Big catch :-) Will definitely stay again.

This was our second time renting this property. Lake Newfound is incredible. It’s so nice being right on the water and we love the surrounding area. Will definitely come back again.

Beautiful view up the lake and of the mountains; easy access into the lake from right in front of the cottage, including for kayaks.

Perfect spot
Everything was a described. Right on the water.
Comfortable furniture, fully equipped with everything you need.
If you forget anything there’s a great little supermarket right at the end of the driveway.
Alex was a pleasure to deal with.

A little disappointed
Location was great. 0490456 details list Keurig coffee maker so we brought K cups, and found a Mr. Coffee. Tv cabinet had not been dusted in weeks. Kitchen and bathroom were clean. Moved the couch out from baseboard heat and found garbage under the couch.

Newfound Lake Getaway
Thoroughly enjoying our stay. Kayaking and swimming in this crystal clear lake was outstanding. Visited some of the area nature attractions like Sculptured Rocks and Profile Falls and they were great! The cottage was cute and the queen bed was comfortable. Waking up to the loons in front of the cottage on checkout day made it tough to leave.

A Great Place to Stay
Beautiful cottage, right on Newfound Lake which has been recognized nationally as one the cleanest Lakes in the US. This was our second time staying here, and once again we loved it. Beautiful views, lots to do nearby, and just a great place to relax. Alex (the owner), is a pleasure to work with through the rental process and ensures you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend!!!!

Vacation
The cottage is great for 3 or 4. Single person rented cottage and had a couple visit. Worked perfectly. The view sitting at the table of bending white birch trees over the lake is spectacular. Lots of privacy on the porch, you can out and have coffee in your pajamas. Enjoyed two weeks.

Right on the lake. We sat on the deck and enjoyed the incredible view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Very relaxing.

Lovely place to stay!
This cottage is a real gem! My husband and I stayed there over the Labor Day weekend. We had such a great time, we didn't want to go home. The cottage is very quaint and cozy and very clean. The views from the deck are absolutely breathtaking! We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck just watching the boats and the loons go by. The perfect little "niche" on the lake. The water was great too. We will definitely consider going back next summer!

cozy lakeside cabin
This cozy cabin was perfect for a short stay on the lake. We enjoyed kayaking to dinner at the Big Catch, watching shooting stars from the dock and were able to get any supplies we needed from Shacketts store.

What a view
I was so happy with our long weekend here. Waking up to see the water every morning was so amazing. The space was small but didn’t feel it with the open living area. Can’t wait to come back!
