All Season Waterfront spacious 2 br condo on Newfound Lake
Il est temps de planifier votre chute des feuilles, une randonnée ou un week-end de ski. Cliquez sur le calendrier pour voir quand VOUS pourrez venir profiter de la beauté du lac Newfound et de ses environs. Nous sommes situés dans ce qui était autrefois le Historic Hillside Inn. Nous sommes bénis avec un endroit vraiment spécial qui peut être apprécié en toutes saisons. La combinaison de vues sur le lac et la montagne est magnifique quelle que soit la saison. L'été est le plus populaire, mais le feuillage d'automne et ses festivals et ses nombreuses possibilités de randonnée attirent de nombreux visiteurs. Pour plus de plaisir en hiver, Tenney Mountain Resort, qui est maintenant de nouveau opérationnel, se trouve à 10 km sur 3A. Nous sommes également à 25 minutes de Ragged Mountain Resort. Waterville et Loon sont à seulement 45 minutes au nord. La raquette et les pistes de ski de fond sont également abondantes.

Un peu plus au nord sur 93 est Cannon Mountain, grand ski en hiver, mais propose des promenades en gondole au sommet en été aussi bien. Le Musée du ski NH est là à la base. Mont Cardigan est sur le côté ouest du lac et offre des sentiers AMC notés. Après une journée d'aventure ou tout simplement traîner à la plage, profiter des couchers de soleil depuis le pont, ou notre téléviseur à écran plat ou un large assortiment de jeux et de livres.
Le condo est équipé avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. NON-FUMEUR et AUCUN animal de compagnie s'il vous plaît en raison de problèmes d'allergie. Je vous remercie.

My two adult children and I spent a couple nights here just after Christmas. It was a perfect place for our small group. I loved that the open concept allowed for us to be together, but chilling in our own space just a “hey” away. We didn’t have great weather but the view of the lake was lovely. We took a polar plunge off the beach and can only imagine how nice it is in the summer. Deb is a great host and very responsive and friendly. I will definitely be back.

We loved the layout of the condo and the property. The whole process was very accommodating from check in to check out. Debbie was very attentive to all our questions and there were helpful books of information of the condo and the surrounding area too. Having the two bathrooms in each of the bedrooms was wonderful. Our family enjoyed staying in this lovely lakeside condo. We especially enjoyed kayaking on Newfound lake with access to 2 kayaks. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view of the lake is beautiful. Debbie was helpful and great to communicate with giving plenty of recommendations around the area.

What a wonderful place!
First off, the owner, Debbie, was very responsive to any questions that arose prior to and during our stay.
The condo was set up with everything you would need (minus towels and sheets). There were plenty of blankets and pillows to use.
The beds were very comfortable.
The views from one of the bedrooms, living room, and the deck were stunning!
The neighbors were welcoming and very pleasant.
The traffic was a bit loud, but closing the kitchen windows and front bedroom windows took care of that. I travel with a white noise machine and used that. Sleep was not disturbed.
The beach was sandy and the water refreshing.
The loons could be heard and eagles were seen.
Kayaking was very enjoyable on Newfound Lake.
The weather was warm and the a/c’s in each room took down the temperature adequately.
I would highly recommend staying here!

Our family has been coming to Newfound and staying at the Hillside for 40 years. We have stayed in a number of units throughout the years, and as my siblings and I have become adults with our own families, we now occupy 3 units during our annual trip to the Hillside. We LOVE Debbie's unit. It perfectly suits our family, has amazing views and she is a superb host. We couldn't ask for a better vacation experience.

We returned to the Hillside Inn with my husband, daughter, SIL, and granddaughter after many years. The views from the condo were spectacular. The unit itself was spacious and equipped with many conveniences. It was nicely furnished and equipped with anything you could possibly think of. We liked the convenience of having our own bedroom/bathroom and a large washer dryer in the unit. The lake was beautiful and we spent many hours enjoying it. The location is conveniently situated and was a reasonable driving distance to Weir’s Beach, Lincoln, Jefferson, and Franconia. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and quick to communicate or answer any questions. I highly recommend for a memorable family vacation. We hope to return next year!

We stayed here for a long weekend with the whole family and we were very impressed with the property! Plenty of room in the living room for all of us to relax and play games. The kitchen is big and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Debbie (manager) was very communicative and gave us her cell phone number for any questions (we had none but it's nice to have a contact in case something came up). Very Clean Condo and I will be back to the lake in the future!

We took a short 2 night trip to see the ice castles. We had a great time and the home was perfect for our needs. The host helped us with check in, check out , questions we had and was very personable. I definitely recommend staying here.

We had an awesome stay at this location! The condo is the perfect size for two while working remote. The place has everything you need for cooking but bring your own sheets!
The fireplace heater in the living area is extremely cozy, and the view towards the lake from the Master bedroom, living room, and porch is unforgettable. We used the kayaks on every nice day and evening and had a blast. You can even see the Milky Way on a clear, dark night from the porch!
We had a delightful time, Debbie is a great host, and we will be returning.

Family Tradition
Our family has been staying at the Hillside Inn for over 30 years, and this is our 2nd year renting Debbie’s unit. Once again it has been a fabulous experience. The unit is well maintained, spacious, and has everything you need. Debbie is very good about communicating with guests and making sure you feel welcome. We love her unit and being her guest and hope to continue renting with her as part of this special family tradition for years to come.

Beautiful, lakefront townhome
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property on Newfound Lake. Debbie was very helpful and responsive. The view was amazing. Amenities were nice and the beds were comfortable. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is that we had to provide our own sheets and towels which was an inconvenience as we were flying in from another state and didn't have room in our luggage to bring our own, so had to purchase sheets and towels on our trip. An extra expense/inconvenience that we wouldn't have had if we had booked a local hotel. Not sure if this is typical for VRBO as this was only our second such booking. The last one we booked did not require us to provide our own bedding and towels.

Perfect stay with a beautiful view
Our stay here was perfect. The condo is very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were notebooks showing what was available in the area. They provide two kayaks for your use. Don’t miss kayaking in Newfound Lake it’s beautiful, clean and clear. The view from the balcony shows both the lake and a red barn, beautiful view! We would definitely stay here again. I asked Debbie several questions throughout our stay and she was always helpful and prompt with a response. I hope to return one day.

Short stay
Although we loved the condo and the views were spectacular we had to leave due to family emergency. Next year we’ll be back. Location is perfect: close to shopping and attractions, friendly people everywhere. This one is a gem!

Awesome Family Getaway
This property provided easy access to a very clean, well cared for beach complete with 2 kayaks and a playground for my grandson. Having a washer and dryer in the unit eliminated the need to overpack and allowed us to go home with clean clothes. The two bedrooms with queen sized beds and attached bathrooms was what attracted us to this site. Since our daughter and her family was joining us from Texas, the layout was perfect.
The close proximity to a large grocery store and Walmart were a plus.
We will likely be back another year.

This beautiful condo was extremely comfortable and delivered more than expected! The lake, mountain, nature views and the large well equipt space made our stay so enjoyable even during the off season, we hope to return during the summer in the future. Lake View Condo
We really enjoyed this spacious, clean, peaceful condo, that had everything we needed including a well equiped kitchen. The views of Newfound Lake are spectacular from several rooms and including the deck. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Ski weekend
Debbie was so helpful in making sure we were comfortable in her home and had everything we needed. We were the perfect distance to two different ski mountains. Ragged (30 minutes) and Bretton Woods (1 hour). The home was cozy and had everything we needed. We loved being able to sit by the fire.
