La cama exquisita, en baño todo funcionaba bien, sin ruido la habitación, cerca del centro.
El desayuno extremadamente básico, no había té, ni agua u opciones de bebidas vegetales, sin gluten...solo lo típico y huevo recocido. Tampoco se podía pedir como extra.
Eramos 3 personas en habitación pero solo ponían 2 botellas de agua y al pedir más no había ni para comprar.
Mi habitación estaba en primer piso y los 2 días a las 6 am se sentía el olor de la cocina y alimentos, eso no fue agradable.

Um dia tínhamos passeio e solicitamos que o café fosse servido 10 minutos mais cedo. Não nos atenderam. Descemos 15 minutos antes, o café já estava preparado e não permitiram que nós servíssemos. Faltou um pouco de flexibilidade e carinho pois estávamos com 10 crianças. Nos forneceram um Pack com 1 barrinha, 1 banana e 1 suco sem estar gelado.

Clean and spacious rooms. The hotel had an amazing location and great facilities.
No smart TV in the room in 2024 is definitely disappointing. And the airconditioning was old, outdated and very noisy unfortunately.

Not sure about breakfast, both my wife and I had diarrhea an hour after breakfast. Room was not very clean. Would not stay more than a night. We live in the Yucatan and have been to Playa del Carmen for 12 years.

The breakfast was a nice variety. The room was comfortable and matched expectations. It is walkable to lots of restaurants, currency exchange. The front desk staff was helpful when asked questions and helped arrange taxis.

Great location, one block from 5ta Avenida, and short drive to parks such as Xcaret. Nice breakfast. Staff really nice and helpful. Our room was not the best at the beginning, we explain the issue and quickly they change us to a new room. Really happy with the place, fully recommend it. Tours info & booking in lobby, really helpful advice. Nice restaurants infront
Little parking space in basement, have other external parking that solve the need. But when arriving when basement is full, you have to walk into lobby or use a doorbell to request access, and a staff member walk to the external parking to open it. Not a big deal but makes parking little complex at times.

There is no openable window even if there are lots of moisture. We could not stay in std room(can not open window) due to bed smell. You should build your windows like a Holiday Inn Niagara Hotel(Canada)

Huge spacious room, very clean - with all the usual amenities one expects at Holiday Inn Express. Location is great for access to the main shopping street or the beach - everything is within 5-10 minute walk. You can enjoy the nightlife and walk back to the room without needing a taxi. Lots of restaurants and Oxxo / 7-11s nearby.

After booking a room with a King size bed,the hotel gave me a room with a double bed on the ground floor with a window facing a concrete wall ,the window can't open so the room has no natural ventilation.The condition of the room and the bathroom is horrible.
