Spacious, clean and quiet apartment. Sufficient all basic supplies (towels, papers, kitchen, washing machine, etc.). Working air conditioners in every room. Good beds incl. sofa bed in the living room. A parking space was found on the street within 50 meters of the apartment during 4 days. Metro 900 meters away on foot. Shops and taverns nearby. Spacious elevator. Only few steps before it.

Very big, nice and modern apartment, with everything you need, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Two bedrooms (though we only used one), two bathrooms and powerful AC in every room. TV with Netflix (although the one in the living room was not working properly, but the one in a bedroom worked just fine). Fast internet, but the connection is a bit unstable. Huge balcony and you can see the Acropolis from there, if the weather is clear. It was clean. We will definitely stay here again when we come back in Athens.

A microwave oven would be useful. Otherwise everything was great!

It was easy to access, very spacious and comfortable

Since we traveled from the airport on bicycles, there were also dangerous moments due to the huge highways that had to be crossed or traveled for some time. Perhaps, if we had taken the subway, everything would have been much more convenient. But the apartment was big, a huge balcony where you could put your bikes, two bathrooms, a comfortable kitchenette, there was even a washing machine.

The owner is super friendly! He gave us tips even about the best ways of getting to the place from the airport. Was very helpful during the whole stay. Location is great- allows you to combine Athens with the near islands (as the port is almost walking distance) Apartment has everything you can dream of! Highly recommend!

One of the best apartment I ever met in travelling. It’s very large and bright, fully equipped property in nice building. Great terrace and long balcony across the whole apartment with wonderful views. Few minutes to walk to the supermarket and other shops. Very nice neighborhood.

The owner is a very kind person, quickly responds to all questions and requests. I wish to stay here again when I return to Athens. P.S. Be aware: there is one more address in Piraeus with the same building number on the same named street. The difference is in postal code.
