Cette liste est une maison historique propre et spacieuse de North Buffalo. Super endroit pour les grandes familles ou les grands groupes. Deux appartements récemment rénovés. Laveuse, sécheuse, arrière-cour et voie d'accès dans le magnifique coeur de North Buffalo. 25 minutes des chutes du Niagara, 15 minutes du centre-ville, 20 minutes de l'aéroport. The house is very large and well appointed. Loved sitting on the front porch watching the people walk by.

Very clean and well equipped. In a perfect location . It's near the cities historic locations, downtown Buffalo and major highways. Also within walking distance of the zoo.
Staying in a classic early 20th century 2 family home was nice and also perfect for the age range in our family.
Would consider again if we do need to travel up to Bflo for another family event
And communication with owner was great too.

My friends and I stayed at this location for a week and we had a wonderful time. The local area was nice , with everything nearby and walkable. The location was homey and felt lived in
We were unaware there was a third floor being occupied by a family member of the owner until we arrived, but while this was a slight inconvenience we would have appreciated knowing beforehand, it didn't cause an issue during our stay as she was very nice. owners were easy to contact and very responsive. The upstairs kitchen was good for working in. If we ever visit Buffalo again we'd love to stay again.

Other than only having 2 bathrooms for 14 of us, the rental worked well for our family gathering in Buffalo. The 4 queen beds were comfortable, however the mattresses on the bunks need replacement.

A nice, comfortable house in a convenient, decent neighborhood with a responsive landlord. My entire 11-person family had a very nice 3-day stay here.

our stay was wonderful! the space was clean and comfortable, the host was communicative and accommodating, and the location was perfect. i don't think we could have found a better space for our group of ten. we attended a buffalo bills game and there was no problem getting a rideshare either way. there were plenty of walkable options for food and drink nearby. overall 10/10, would 100% stay again.

Incredible Stay
This play had everything we needed for our weekend stay in Buffalo. We had SO much space for just 8 of us. We loved that there were two floors with pretty much identical set-ups, the place was so beautiful. Communication was also great when we ran into problems! Overall a great stay.

The home is older and has lots of charm. Door locks are very convenient, no keys needed. Accommodated little children with pack n plays and high chair. Communication with owner was easy, a screen door wouldn’t close and we took care of it ourselves and let the owner know right away. No problem. Lots of parking off streets made it safe for all the kids. It was nice to have 2 washers and dryers available for such a large group. We had a great experience! Would definitely recommend this listing.

However both side rooms leading out to the balcony had blinds that were broken (missing blinds, cracked, etc.). At night, the temperatures dropped significantly. The A/C units are blotted into the window so there was no way of closing the window to warm up the rooms ( the thermostat temperature was raised to make the night comfortable). Overall the location was great as it was close to amenities.

Retreat
Our staff enjoyed a lovely two night and three day stay in Buffalo. The owner was prompt and polite. The property is reasonably priced and the location is great for area attractions. The two apartments were somewhat unexpected, but nearly identical (we may have missed that bit of information somewhere). The bedrooms and living rooms were well kept and comfortable. The only negatives were the cleanliness of the kitchens and not knowing about a couple staying upstairs in a third floor apartment until the day before our trip. In the kitchen, the coffee pot had an old filter with grinds in it and several of the dishes were dirty. Our group washed about everything so I'm sure they're clean now! Overall our group had a great trip.

Family Stay in Buffalo
We enjoyed spending time here. We all arrived from different parts of the US for a family funeral. Staying here allowed us to visit with each other any time we wanted. We moved chairs to accommodate eating together and there was plenty of room. Great to have 2 refrigerators, too. The owners were available for any questions. Caution! Read the parking signs! We arrived on Thursday and didn’t realize that the legal parking switched from one side of the street to the other at 6PM. It was a bit of a surprise :-)

Swim team headquarters
This house was a great home base for our synchronized swimming teams. The competition was held nearby and the rooms and kitchens were perfectly suited to our needs.

Great house for the value.
We were a family group of 11 with multiple ages of children who needed a base to celebrate Christmas as my daughter / son-in-law relocated to the Buffalo area from Oregon (military transfer). With a move over the holidays and the rest of the family being from the South (Alabama) we needed room to enjoy each others company and celebrate the Christmas holidays. This house worked well even though it was two separate apartments, there is multiple access points for the family group to interact. The first floor dining room also had the ability to expand the table and we brought down chairs for us all to eat together. The location was very convenient to shopping, and eating establishments. The house also had two washer / dryers available for use, which was helpful with families moving across country and no permanent housing yet. The house is an older home which has been renovated, but was neat and clean. (We enjoyed the hardwood floors). Everyone enjoyed the location and we may have the opportunity to utilize again for visits over the next few years.

A nice big home!
Linda and Jonathan are excellent host . Needed a early check in and they were accommodating. We had a large family with children that we needed 6 bedrooms. House worked very well . We were in Akron to attend daughter’s wedding. Home Is close enough to airport as well. Safe neighborhood .

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable place to stay!!
We gathered as a large family to celebrate our son’s college graduation. The house is on a very quiet street, with good parking. We didn’t know that the owner’s parents live on the third floor, so that was a surprise. The location is great. Beds were comfortable and clean. Very good experience overall.
