Villa Luic is a wonderful villa, perfect for a family holiday. We were there with our 4 kids (aged 10 to 21) and it suited us brilliantly. The air conditioning was excellent and the location, despite being just a few minutes from the airport, was really peaceful. We loved being able to help ourselves to figs from the fig tree. The swimming pool is a very generous size and it was a bonus that it was lit at night for evening swims too. Highly recommended. We would recommend hiring a car. Our favourite quiet beach was Molunat (next to Cafe Monika) and favourite place to hang out in the evenings was the harbour at Cavtat - beautiful sunsets and some nice restaurants there.

The kitchen was a little basic but, to be fair, it had all the white goods you would expect. Just not a huge amount of cooking dishes or any storage boxes (take your own if you want to make packed lunches!).

Host extremely helpful and friendly. Even met us at airport and we followed him to villa. Villa exceptionally clean. Location lovely. Would definitely return.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Luic. On arrival the owner was very friendly and gave us a comprehensive tour of the property which was fully kitted out and exceeded our expectations. The house, garden and pool were beautiful, and really well kept. It felt brand new , and was very clean and comfortable. The Pero went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, including taking our bins out, giving us a local taxi number (with a great rate to and from Dubrovnik) to bringing a passport that we left behind to the airport for us! We were very well looked after, and i'll be recommending the property to anyone visiting Croatia in the future. The location of the property is great, less than 5 minutes from the airport, a 10 minute drive to a beautiful beach, and a 30 minute drive to Dubrovnik. We went to a local town (Cajtat) one night which was lovely too and much less busy that Dubrovnik - and still lots of lovely restaurants and bars.

Nothing - it was a wonderful place to stay. We'll be back!

fantastic holiday for our group of two families, including small children. Its close to the airport for short transfers and the outdoor area is huge, with large pool and terrace. The host was incredibly helpful and even provided supplies for us on our late arrival. it has excellent amenities making it the perfect home from home we were looking for. It's a short drive to the nearest harbour town which is beautiful for both beach and harbour in the evenings. Loved our stay and didn't want to leave
