The property is excellent, it has everything you could need - and a private pool! You could easily spend your entire holiday in the garden, relaxing by the pool next to all the plants. It was plenty warm enough in October to swim in the pool. :) There are plenty of kitchen utensils (you don't have to fear coming back with a bottle of wine and finding no corkscrew) and pots, pans etc. to cook dinner. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. It is a bit of a stretch to walk to the nearest supermarket (20-30 minutes) but it is 5 minutes by car and there is also a bus stop nearby. It is quick and easy to get onto the nearest main road from the property, so it's a good base for exploring the island by car. Jesus was a very nice and helpful host - even though we arrived earlier than expected he drove over to let us in right away.

No downsides for me! There is no kettle, which might be a problem for tea-drinkers. However I only drink coffee and there is an italian coffee maker.

The house is very nice and spacious. The swimming pool and the outside area was great. The owner was very friendly and helpful, there was no problem for the keys handover even though we arrived quite late in the evening. Parking behind closed gate. The house is in a residential area, so no shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, closest shopping mall 5 minutes by car. Had a great stay overall, the house was very comfortable for a family of five.
