The villa exceeded our expectations, Photos do not do it justice, spotless inside and out. the host was so helpful from arrival to departure. Large Bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, Quiet area with secure surroundings, your own swimming pool which is cleaned every day, Fantastic eating area outside with plenty room, only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The area where we stayed was very quiet and easy for us to go down to the main strip. We were able to use the buses and walk everywhere very central to all the restaurants and bars. The pool was lovely and clean. The accommodation was very comfortable, with plenty of towels. Had towels for the pool as well.

Perfect 2 bed villa.

The accommodation was superb and Ismael was only a call away if there was any issue, thankfully there was none. It was spotlessly clean with ample towels and and a generous welcome pack. The pool was cleaned daily.

This villa is a definite must stay if visiting Lanzarote! The villa has two bedrooms of which one is a double bed with en suite and the other room has two single beds and a separate bathroom. Having two Bathrooms when there are two people was perfect, so we was really happy with that. Ishamael checked us in and was soo helpful, friendly and informative. He also left us an amazing welcome package with essentials such as bottled water and bread, plus a huge range of snacks that lasted the whole week. He was also available via whatsapp if we had any questions about the villas and also gave us some great restaurant recommendations The villa was spotless and clean, it honestly feels like you are the first person entering. Loads of towels and toilet roll were provided and there is also a washing machine out in the back. Plus other useful appliances like a kettle, toaster, microwave etc The villa is also about a 15 min walk to the main area of puerto del carmen where the shops, restaurants and bars are. A great stay and would definitely recommend this !

Excellent property, so clean, the host met us at the property and explained everything and was available throughout our holiday if required. Location is a little away from the main strip but that was what we wanted and was perfect.

If I was being really critical the single beds could be a little more comfortable but I struggle with this anyway so not really an issue to most people.

just like in the pictures. Ismael greeted us upon arrival and talked us through the information pack. He was very approachable and you got the sense that he would go above and beyond to help in any way. the pool was fabulous, and just the right temp for the time of year. Pool cleaned on a daily bases (early in the morning) Beds were very comfortable and all white goods were clean and functioning. we stayed 11 nights and the Villa was cleaned for us after a week.

It had all the amenities we needed as a family with three children under 4 years old. There was a cot a step for the toilet and a child’s toilet insert and a baby bath all things that with my family dynamic helped us a great deal. Ishmael was very friendly and nothing was a problem. We also found the private pool was great it was an ideal size and nice temperature.

Seamless check in. a lovely welcome basket when we arrived. the villa was clean and tidy with plenty of towels. the kitchen was well equipped and very comfortable. the pool was lovely, very private and clean. would definitely recommend to friends and looking forward to staying again soon.

Fantastic villa in a quiet location, yet close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Very clean with great Wifi and Netflix available. Great prompt communication with the owner if any problems arise during your stay.

Honestly have no complaints

the property was excellent. so comfortable and had all the amenities you could ask for! the host was very helpful and accommodating. it was exceptionally clean and the outdoor space was fantastic. we will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel back to Lanzarote.
