Nothing in particular

Small space, not enough toiletries for guests. Beds not good.

The air con in room 2 smells like mouldy air, The toilet and bathroom smell like animal urine, The floors were unclean on arrival and we have now mopped three times to ensure it is now clean, The fridge seal is broken and the door does not close properly, There were mouse droppings in the bathroom, The main problem is the stifling heat in the upstairs lodging, which makes sleeping quite problematic as ventilation is inadequate.

The property was in a good location and is spacious and easily fit our party of 5. It was in a good location and check in etc was easy.

It wasn’t very clean, the floor was dirty and felt like it hadn’t been washed properly for a while. The furnishings were minimal for the number of people it was supposed to be able to sleep. There as no dishwasher and we were expected to thoroughly clean the house before leaving including sweeping and vacuuming - although there was no vacuum. There is no internet or wifi which made it incredibly difficult to work.
