Me gusto la habitación,la comida .

La 531 , muy buena vista , me gustaría la misma si vuelvo ,pero la caja fuerte no me funciono ,mi única queja .

Hay descriminasion pésimo servicio no avía aire no avía luz muy pero muy malo

El agua potable del buffet sabe mal y quería comer en uno de los restaurantes, me indicaron que debía hacer reservación, al momento de llegar al hotel fui hacerla y me dijeron que no había disponibilidad hasta después del día de mi salida, es algo tedioso saber que no disfruté al 100% la gastronomía

The pools are shallow, I had the room serviced and the staff didn’t replace the towels or add soap

The reception from lobby check in was fast and good. The food was great . The show and workers was great

The disco was closed I reserve two rooms the ac was not working in the rooms

There were not enough towels in the rooms for the amount of people in the hotels, sometimes it was 6 pm and we still did not have clean towels. There were a lot of flies around the food, it made me sick to my stomach. The bathrooms outside the main dining area stink bad and there was no air conditioning. Entertainment at night was too late for the kids. Pool was dirty, beach area was dirty, pool chairs and little tables were nasty dirty. The check in was a nightmare, too many people in that area and the staff was limited to handle the amount of people in the hotel. Pics in the website look good but the hotel pools and common areas are aging and not maintain to standard. I would not go back to that place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE DISABLED!!!!!!!!!!

They make you go to the entrance because they won’t let an uber in, I am disabled I recently had knee surgery and my getting therapy on the other knee, I ordered an uber and they wouldn’t let him in (hence there’s a 7 minute walk from the lobby to THE MAIN ROAD) I asked KAREN from reception to please call and let the UBER in she told me she couldn’t and I had to walk, I specifically told her “ I am disabled I can’t walk that distance, I physically can’t”, to what she replied “It doesn’t matter if you are disabled, you have to walk out, we won’t let an uber into the property”. DO NOT GO TO THIS PROPERTY THEY JUST DONT CARE AND ALSO THEY TREAT DOMINICANS VERY POORLY, WILL TAKE THIS TO SOCIAL MEDIA
