Spacious and clean apartment, while having the best location for sunsets in town! I also liked the fact that we had a washing machine and a private parking spot.

Staff was great. Awesome location easy walk to restaurants even a grocery store. Cheap Uber rides all week. Air conditioning was pretty good. Safe area. Walking distance to lab for rapid covid test.

The trash can is way too small and there were no bags to change it. There was a broom but no dust pan. Minor stuff that could be improved. For some reason the Uber drivers had a hard time finding the place idk if it's an issue with the address? I had to walk down to the main road to get picked up

Perfect location for exploring city centre. The apartment was clean and just spot on. It had everything we needed and more. Safe area. Really good value for money. Would definitely go there again if visiting Puerto Plata.

I stayed in Room No 2 , a spacious Appartement with two bedrooms and showers ! One bedrooms had a balcony with two chairs, a table and a partially View of the ocean and the chimney of a Cruise ship, If there was one in the Towns Cruise Port. The combined living Room and Kitchen is spacious. The kitchen is well equiped ! There was hot water available , with a " medium" water pressure... The Appartement House is located at the western Edge of the "Centro colonial" - Just a few minutes Walk to " El Catrdral square" and the malecon.

At all Times of the day motorcycles rush by at either of the two roads the house is faceing. Some have exausts, that sound like a "machine-gun".... The other thing, that disturbed my sleep during the night, where those cocks , some right beside the house ,in the next premesis, starting to "Scream there Kikirikiiii" every 2 to 3 minutes from around 3 am to 8 am.... So you better bring earplugs, If you have a light sleep ...

Recently remodeled building. All equipment (Kitchen, TV, balcony, bed, bathroom) is new. 2 bedroom. Full size fridge. Good internet connection. Room is clean. Uber is available throughout Puerto Plata. (This isn't the case in Sosua). For COVID test, go to Referencia Laboratorio Clinico. It is 10 minute walk. 5 minute walk from Metro Bus Station. You need to take a Uber from Caribe Bus Station because it's a little far.

You have to walk a lot unless you take Uber. Some people like walking, and others don't. 10 minute walk to supermarkets (La Sirena or Jose Luis). If you want delivery of grocery, nearby mini grocery store will deliver it for you. You can exchange money at Western Union in Sirena. 15 walk to beach. 10 minute walk to central park.

A very very nice apartment inside.

Basically renting out an apartment that is complete with 3 ACs, 2 beds, full equipped kitchen, very close to the city centre, supermarkets and not too far from the beaches. Karla was very helpful, met me when I arrived and arranged a scooter for me to get about. Very comfortable stay and highly recommend if you don't fancy staying in a hotel. Was quiet at night.

Was a little bit pricey for 1 person.
