Air conditioning was poor in common room, location was very far from most attractions, they could do better with breakfast

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool area was relaxing and fun. The hotel was basically empty so we had the kids water feature area to play around in. Our sweet was huge and very comfortable.

The televisions were not working. Information given to us was limited ie. Breakfast / dinner times, happy hour times (If available). There was no Information/guides in our suite. We had to request dinner room service at the reception who failed to bring everything we ordered. (All the above points were apparently due to the hotel only having re-opened 2 months ago...) (The Amok dish gave us both running stomachs the next day) There was NO fresh coffee for breakfast. Instead the staff brought us each a glass of milk. The jacuzi was not working :(

The pool was great for our family. Staff are very helpful and attentive.

Many maintenance issues need attention.

Staff was very friendly and helpful in setting up transportation and giving recommendations. Cleaners were on time and did a great job and laundry was done very quick. I missed the name of the young man at the front desk but he was very kind and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Huge shout out to Lika from resteraunt who was very nice and friendly and made us excellent food and cocktails. He made us feel like family and that this was our home and was very friendly and enjoyed conversations with him. We will miss our Cambodian home away from home!

Spacious bungalow, child friendly, good pool/sauna/steam room, great deal with booking.com.

Jacuzzi was more like a small pool with bubbles, not easy to sit in, children's playground could have had more going on as there was more than enough space to put more activities in there, food could have been better, steak was a really dark red when cooked medium and very tough, sentbit back to be cook well done and had no flavour (couldn't eat it) breakfast buffet wasnt great either fruit had flys all over it, not the best selection.

Everything was perfect, from arrival to departure. I can’t even be picky to find one bad thing to point out. Everywhere was super clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful with any thing that was needed. the grounds of the resort was just amazing and very well kept ! When you are in there you completely forget about everything. My children absolutely loved it, from the play area to the slides at the pool! We originally only had 4 nights booked but booked an extra 3 nights.
