na pościeli było mnóstwo włosów, fujjjjjjjj, zmieniono nam pokoj ale było to ochydne

Fajny, czysty pokój z aneksem kuchennym :) Cieplutko, milutko, przytulnie. Pan w rejestracji też bardzo pomocny. Fajnie, że była suszarka w łazience, a w pokoju czajnik i herbata - bardzo przydatne w takie zimowe dni.

Dziwny zapach w łazience, ale nie jakiś totalnie straszny.

El orden, la ubicación (centro comercial a dos minutos a pie y una estación de tren vía a otros 7 minutos), la calefacción súper bien, la limpieza diaria (prestaciones), mini nevera y demás utensilios de cocina, botellas de agua, café y tés.

Había uno que otro pelo en las sábanas de la cama y la manguera de la ducha estaba por soltarse. Solamente detalles.

Schludny nowocześnie urządzone hotel w dobrej cenie, w pokoju znajduje się wszystko co jest potrzebne, bardzo fajnym rozwiązaniem jest niewielki aneks kuchenny wyposażony w kuchenkę mikrofalową i lodówkę oraz niezbędne naczynia. Hotel zlokalizowany w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie dwóch galerii handlowych też na Plus

Generalnie wszystko mi się podobało jedyny minus za niedoczyszczone baterie łazienkowe na co warto zwrócić uwagę personelowi sprzątającemu. Od dodatku cena śniadania wydaje się zbyt wygórowana dlatego zdecydowałam się nie korzystać.

Bardzo miłe, przytulne, czyste pokoje wyposażone w lodówkę, kuchenkę mikrofalową, czajnik - można samodzielnie robić sobie jedzonko, ale nie ma takiej potrzeby, bo w hotelu jest mała restauracja, w której serwowana jest super pizza i inne dania włoskie. Dużym udogodnieniem jest podziemny parking, do którego bezpośrednio prowadzi winda z hotelu - wychodzisz z pokoju i zjeżdżasz do samochodu - super.

Clean, neat rooms. Great breakfast.

It is a relatively small hotel with very clean rooms, the room was not spacious but good enough, the bed is comfortable and the room is equipped with kettle for hot water, fridge, AC, microwave, sink, utensils in case u wanna have a light snack on your own. The hotel is located near a tram station (2 minutes walk) and right next to a shopping mall. The staff members were helpful and they acted promptly on routine needs/requests. Their policy is cleaning the room once every three days, otherwise the house keeping lady pass by daily to check the trash bin and change the towels if need be. Overall, it was a very pleasant and peaceful stay and I do recommend staying at Lemon Plaza Hotel.

Cleaning the room might be better if done at least every other day. Honestly, It was not a problem for me but some people may not like it.

It is situated between the downtown and north university campus Morasko. Fast tram (5-6 min) or about 40 minutes on foot to both. Two big shopping moles are around.

For couple days nothing used was replaced in the room.

Some rooms can smell smokers if the window is left open, owing to the smoking area bear by. Don’t open the window, or, run the A/C (or ask for another room not next to the smoking area.

All was good but a strange smell in the bathroom. Maybe someone was smoking before or special cleaning detergent

I did not have breakfast. It is a bit far from old town/city centre.

On the check-out day, I came back and sat in the lounge to spend a few hours as my train as at night. The lounge consists of just 3 chairs. On that day, it was raining and cold outside, otherwise I had planned to spend the time time roaming around the city before me train was scheduled. I just sat on a chair, and to pass the time, sometimes closed me eyes and rested my head on my arms or on the chair handle. But the receptionist Sonya was quite rude, and she came to me saying -- "you cannot sleep here", "it looks bad", etc. I told her that I was not sleeping and had just closed my eyes, while being awake all the time. The fact of the matter is there were hardly any people coming and going there, and my sitting there in a respoing posture did not cause any harm to anyone. I stayed there 7 nightd, and this treatment during departure really spoilt it al for me. The hotel staff should have te minimumcourtesy. On the other hand, the day before my departure, I had asked another receptionist to ask the housekeepers to clean the room -- I reminded him twice. But still the room was not cleaned.
