Location and staff

The area of the apartment is very suitable for a family. Also the location is nice. The entrance of the building is beautiful.

First : I have been situated in a different apartment than the one you told me.( tower 8 not.tower 9 ) Second : the apartment was not ready although the lady shouted at me on phone to come early so she can have more time for her personal business ex.no electricity , no water , no wifi , no tv For each item I have to wait for the technician . I waited more than three hours in order having every system working properly . Third: the apartment had been invaded by all sizes of cockroaches every where at night. Forth : the kitchen utensils are not for human use Fifth : the curtains were once upon a time white but now they are almost black . I believe they had never been wached. I think this is enough for now I have many photos I 'd like to send them

Location, entrance, reception, elevators, parking, staff

1) Very noisy construction site just opposite side and while approved timing was 8 to 4pm, first night a huge truck came at midnight to load/unload rebars. this is a very ugly experience and we couldn’t enjoy the good weather due to the need to close the windows. 2) I was surprised that the flat was not equipped with towels, soap, shower get and shampoo, etc. like any hotel apartment. after long discussion with the landlord delegate, she agreed to supply those items. if you think that you will find the four season’s quality standards there, you are mistaken. these are simple furnished apartments located within the Four Seasons complex.
