-Bad location: you have to have a car or use taxis or Uber and the area around hotel needs major development
-Not enough light and sun in the hotel.
-Not good value for money : too expensive in comparison to what it offers.
-Service during breakfast is slow. They need a lot of training. Hygiene issues : Not enough serving forks and spoons at buffet which forces guests to touch many items with bare hand.
No attention to details: if an item is finished at the buffet , it doesn’t get refilled automatically: you have to ask several times for this.
-If you ask for a towel at the swimming pool, it will come after one hour.
-The staff is quite nice but not very experienced.

This place is one of the best hotels I visited in Alex. The staff is very nice , cooperative, and welcoming.
The facility was beautiful and very clean.
The pool was nice as well.
The facility itself is perfect. Only if the street of the hotel is fixed, this place will be the best.
Some of the balconies need to be equipped with a shade.

Very nice hotel. Wonderfully staff. Clean all around. Modern spacious room with everything you need, and breakfast was decent and big food selection .

The room was wide and quiet, this was amazing especially for my kids to find a space to play within the room. Breakfast was with a good variety and delicious.
The swimming pool and Gym were marvelous.

My stay was really amazing ,the room size was wider than expected and the room was vey clean , the staff was really friendly and helpful especially rehab the guest relation manager .
Also the reception employees were very cheerful.
The breakfast was really good and had different varieties.
I would love to have my next stay there for sure .
