The appartement was clean and well equipped. Thd location is great. Nice swimming pool an the resort. Great to have a parking space in the private garage.

The second room with a bunk bed for two people is 2m x 1.2m in size. The bunk bed and room is not suitable for adult children. Ths entire apartment is suitable for two adults with one or two small children at most.

location - ideally situated for walking into La Flotte and supermarket by bike in St Martin pool

rather too small and felt cramped second bedroom inappropriate - couldn’t even access window and no door bathroom upstairs but toilet downstairs ( with no vanity basin ) lock on back yard gate very difficult to operate and became frustrating

Extras were poor ie half toilet roll, no tea towel, barely any hand soap or washing up liquid, no ice making equipment. The site office was permanently closed it would have made things easier if there was a rep on site

To say it was a two bedroom property is stretching it! The ‘second’ bedroom does not have a door. There is no access to the window. There is literally only 30cms of space between the bunk and wall at one side. Otherwise the bunks fill the space. Neither could we understand that there isn’t a little wash basin with the toilet.

One lady gave us the key and was nice. Everything went smooth. Property is good situated. There is a nice heated pool. Parking is good and safe. Direct Access to parking by stairs or lift near the Property entrance. Few minutes walk from the Outdoor Market and Center of Village, a few meters from the beach. There is washing machine. Internet ist good, TV too. Parents bedroom is good. There is little terrace with a big sun umbrulla which is pretty nice and cosy.

Kids bedroom is small, difficult to open Windows and Renee fresh air inside, very little place to put luggages or play. The price of 18 Euros for used of towels, bed sheets renting is a bit exagerated. There is No Floor towel for feet so would be nice to get one. It is slippery when Kids come out the bathtube. Furnishing could be renewed: plates, pan saucer even the table was Sticks even cleaning. Some of the cutelry still have food on it, abit better cleaned would have been nice.
