There is no parking at the hotel. You need to use public parking and keep feeding the meter.

Nice outlook to Harbour and close to all bars, restaurants and bike shops. Close to food market. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Very clean room and entrances.

room was right over trash area. disturbed daily by noise and smell. we were almost only guests so should have been assigned to better room.

it’s location was perfect Newly refurbished, so clean and comfortable tea, coffee and water provided and mini toiletries

The staff were really friendly and the hotel is in the best location - centre of village with easy access to restaurants and bars.

The bed is a little bit too soft for me. And the rooms are a little bit noisy.

Breakfast was a little poor

The location is excellent. The room was nice and clean.

There was no one on reception for very long periods of time. Checking in isnt easy as the only local carparks are paying carparks. I had read that you can park for free close by but they weren't very forthcoming with this info (btw its about a 7 min walk away, just outside of the town there is loads of free parking). The manager is the connecting restaurant where you have breakfast was the rudest man ever.

Lovely location in the centre of the town.

Bedroom very small pleased it was just an overnight stop. Shower door gave limited access. Anyone with a larger build wouldn’t have been able to use it.

When we sent for breakfast we were seated and 10 minutes later we were told that that cannot provide breakfast any more as they have a problem.

Location was superb - full of character with lovely views of the night market and twinkling lights below. So convenient for everything. Lovely, clean rooms.

No air conditioning, allthough not mentioned on their page, the hotel should have pointed out that the choice would have been between noise coming from outside and the heat built up inside the room during the day; the funny part is that the pretend to solve the problem with a small fan that produces just noise and no refresh at all. Moreover we agreed a superior room which was described as a 20sqm, not at all, so you pay more than 200 euros (in high season must be said), you are promised a confortable room and you get a tiny melting hole. Cleaning is below average, you don't get bath/shower towels but useless microscopic spots American express is not accepted, not a big deal, and receipt is barely upon request, you will need to struggle for that as well. Ile de Re is a marvellous place, no matter the croud, it deserves way better and more honest operators.

Lovely hotel in a great location!

The location was amazing for the Bastille day celebrations and fireworks. The room was beautiful and overlooked the very pretty harbour. Location was fantastic for markets and restaurants.

The party that went on below us until 2am. Understandably it was Bastille day and celebrations were in full swing but for us we had driven for many hours and were hoping to sleep. The room was beautiful but it was incredibly noisy.

Some Hotel dining staff were extremely slow, forgetful and uncaring. The standard room was tiny, bags could only be opened on the bed . The window had to be left open due to no Air Con and the noise from the street was unbearable. Never again.

The Hotel was well run and comfortable.

Not the fault of the Hotel but being August it was very crowded and noisy until the early hours helped by a concert ever night of my stay.
