Doors didn’t lock Walls and curtains was mouldy Beds uncomfortable

BEDBUGS. I have never seen a worse infestation. I literally could not sleep in the bed. I finally got about 3 hours sleep on a bench in the room. Appallingly bad, and clearly no effort was being made to improve things.

I did not like anything about this hotel.

Firstly they put me in a cheap room with lots of bad bugs and very dirty which was not what I paid for online. They moved us to the room I booked early hours of the morning when I started complaining. The reception at midnight was drunk and the ones that booked us in were very unprofessional. They need to shut this hotel down and renovate it. It's simply horrible. I work in the tourism industry and this hotel is a disgrace to Fiji. Fiji tourism should look into such hotels and get them to meet higher standards. At present I would suggest they offered the rooms at $10FJD a night as it's not even fit for animals.

The room was disgusting, smelly and dirty. The beddings seemed to be an old used ones. Also got bitten by bugs . Can’t even sleep properly due to the smells of the room and the bathroom. Will never consider staying in this hotel in the future and will make sure my families aware of this hotel

The rooms. Bed sheet had stains . Toilet was dirty and pillows had human hair on it.

Location was near airport .that’s the only thing good about this property .

Nothing actually .I wasn’t expecting this poor service there .the room was very dirty and even a cockroach was in the room . No toiletries provided and no towel .bay broom very very dirty . To sleep in the night there was no blanket in the room and even asking for it three times I didn’t got any in my room .Thankfully I had one shawl which I cover and slept . Very very poor place .No vegetarian food was available and nobody asked if I need a bottle of water at least . Would never suggest anyone to go there .

No breakfast was offered to us and there was no tea stuff in the room like sugar, tea, coffee etc

Overall we didn’t like anything. It wasn’t presented as it was advertised on booking. com. Totally opposite. Please remove this kind of hotels from your list. What a shame. Thanks

Location was perfect and the girls working there were very helpful and friendly.

Very poor hygiene

Location near the airport but on the Queens road/HWY very noisy. Matress and sheets looked in poor condition with stains and rips. No airport transfer shuttle. The pool was a pond. The Grand Malenesian Hotel in Namaka had better facilities, breakfast, shuttle, rooms with clean sheets, less noisy for the same price.

The stairs/steps were non standard gradient and width. The road noise was exsessive. Phone/TV nothing works.

Very dirty room and wasn't worth the money paid . Sheets were dirty and room wasn't tidy at all.

Everything in this place is a mess. Cockroaches are in the bed and pillows. Water leaking. toilet is dirty everything is dirty... If there is a zero points to give to this place I will give it a zero points...

The door wasn't locked properly they should provide towel,good and fresh smell in thier room

Stained and torn bed sheets, unclean smell of pillows, no towels, no security in the hotel, and so drunk guests were roaming free, making so much noise and was so noisy throughout the night.

Room was Damp, Large Visoble patches of Black mould on the roof in room, visible mould in bathroom. No Hot Water in Shower

Walking from the airport

Dirty to death, there were cockroaches on the bed, it was impossible to sleep, I could not make another reservation and leave the place, the bathroom was not to mention, all urinated and used soaps and dirty even on the tub, the water from the old and broken a/ c got my clothes and suitcase wet, seriously, I've never had a similar experience in my life, 63 years.

The mould. The smell. The aircon was rubbish. I could feel all the dirtyness in the room. Not good for a solo mum and a baby. The bathroom melt damp.

Stinky and doggy rooms, Cigarette buds all over the room Toilets not clean Damp walls with growing fungus No wifi No light's in the rooms This place is filthy. If you stay here for a night, you will definitely fall sick the next day. I did not even stay there, Ended up booking another hotel. Would never recommend anyone to book this place, especially outsiders (tourists) Asked for a refund, the manager kept ignoring my request, kept lying about need to talk to the director of the hotel for refund, when spoke to the director, he said the manger did not inform him about my situation of refund. The hotel manager needs to be kicked out for not keeping the property up to the standards and Kept lying and false advertising in the room.listing. I would request booking.com to remove the listing of this place and black list them. As they playing up with peoples health n safety by not keeping the property as per the liveable standards.

I was charged twice. I pay at the front desk during checkin and my card was also debited. I found out after I left Nadi. I email for refund, no respond. $FJ 101.00
