The guard's outside too are very friendly.

Affordable, recommended to family or group vacation, good aminities.
Sofa have to change or modify coz it wasn't comfortable to seats and shower in toilet downstairs not working.also pls provide chairs in lobby just in case ur costumer earlier come before check in time can wait in lobby like me I earlier to come but we can't wait in lobby coz no chairs.

The owner lives in US. The contact person on site is the niece of the owner. Everything was communicated very well in advance. Thus, the check-in was problem-free. Everything was very clean in the unit. In case of ambiguity, the contact person and the owner were always available very quickly and everything was done promptly.
High-speed Internet with Skychanel and Netflix available. Really great! Great big TV. Cozy sofa. Two air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper floor of this unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a longer stay.
The pool area is very well maintained and really great. In order to be able to use them, you must register in writing at the Administration Office by 3pm the day before. Admission costs 80 pesos per person for 3 hours. A maximum of 4 persons per accommodation unit are allowed.
The location is unique. Everything in the immediate vicinity that is necessary for life. The SM-Megamall is about 1.2 km away and quickly and easily accessible.
We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer.
We'll be glad to come back. Absolutely recommendable housing unit.

The stay was good, not great. Beds were ok, AC in bedrooms helped but rest of the house had no AC which made it warm but bearable. Hosts were great when we called upon them.
AC in main living area would make it much better.

Our family had very nice stay in this property. The beds are big, the unit is very clean. We are again looking forward to another booking. This is recommendable place to others..

The kitchen is complete.
The full house looks and smell clean good for family with baby.
Water in the kitchen keep on coming that create sound and i feel bad bec water ias beeing wasted.

The bedrooms are so comfy maybe next time add more blankets and pillows. 😊 Make sure also to check the hot and cold shower are working
Stove should be inside the kitchen cause its to hard to cook outside beside the laundry area there's not enough space to move while cooking. Hot and cold shower is not working also.
